3xs use and will not suction
I just received this vacuum this week. First and foremost, the difficulty just to turn the thing on is insane. I push the button and nothing. I hold the button, nothing. Then all of sudden it turns on. Oh, the directions are minimal and don’t tell you much. I was able to use it twice but I did not get 30 minutes of cleaning. Possibly 10 each time. I had to fill it twice each time. The first two times of use it cleaned and had suction. Dried quickly. I went to use it tonight and it ran for a couple of minutes and told me to empty the tank. It wasn’t full but I did. I also dry it thoroughly and make sure it is all wiped down prior to returning to the machine. I added the water to the fill dots. Started it again. This time dumping water and no suction. I emptied everything in the vacuum, wiped everything down. Checked the filter and roll mop head, no obstructions. Filled the water, turned on, dumping water on floor again and just no suction. I had to wipe all the floors down with a dry mop! I put water in it again with a cap full of soap and put it on the charger and did self clean and it just dumped all the water in the charger base. I am beyond frustrated! Very disappointed! I Will try again but really ready to return, if not, throw away!

Excellent wet vacuum for hardwood floors
This wet vacuum has been an absolute godsend for my hardwood floor. I have three dogs which can get rather messy as you can imagine as the day goes on and I only have hardwood floors so having this wet vacuum to clean up after the dogs has been just such a game changer for me. The unit is sleek the holder looks great and functions well in the additional accessories help to maintain a nice clean floor. The only thing I do not like about this vacuum is the annoying voice that is very loudly yelling at you every time you do something, thankfully you can turn the voice off with a quick push of a button on the back of the unit. The clean water tank is plenty large and allows you multiple cleaning sessions without having to refill it and The Dirty water tank is able to hold an equal amount of water, so you don’t constantly have to change it after every use. Additionally, it is really easy to take the roller out of the vacuum and clean it once it gets dirty. Overall, this wet vacuum has made cleaning after my dogs and in general on my hardwood floors so much easier and I highly recommend it.

Works Okay in Small Area
This is a lightweight, light duty wet dry vac that is easy to assemble. Instructions for operation are vague so itâs taken awhile to understand the features and how to use this vac. It also can be converted to a hand held vac and includes a couple different attachments. Comes with a charging station which is where the vac is placed while not in use for charging and also the self cleaning mode is implemented while on the station. There is a voice directing what to do, when to turn off, on, etc. making it annoying to use. Once itâs started, it is self propelled which is nice but the suction is not very strong. The battery charge was good, 30 minutes, enough time to go over all my floors. It has an indicator LED light that shows the remaining charge. This is a nice vac for a quick, light cleaning of a small area. Not especially impressed, but useable.

floor cleaner
This floor cleaner works great. It has a very soft roller brush that will not scratch or damage the floor and gets them as clean as the steam cleaner I have. A very nice feature that the machine cleans itself when you are done and then goes right to charge. It is nice not to have an electrical cord to worry about tripping over. I found it easy to move around the floor during the cleaning process. It was very easy to put together and to operate. I give this product a thumbs up..

5 stars.. but
This is a really neat machine and I LOVE the autoclean feature. The issues I have with it are… don’t pull off the sticker protecting the screen… it’ how you know what each button does since they aren’t labelled… also dog hair does get it kind of jammed up so it’s not the most fun to empty the filter part. The turning on it is kind of crappy in my opinion, but it is lightweight enough to manually turn. I know, I sound spoiled but I love my current vac). Lastly, it leans forward when on the charge station and is LOUD when it talks to you. Hopefully there is a button that turns off the talking because it talks loudly at you to tell you to clean it or charge it etc. I’m not a fan of that. I really liked that it has a charger station that is more like a bowl with raised edges so when you use autoclean, it doesn’t get water all over the floor!I am hoping to replace my swiffer and cordless vac with just this moving forward in our RV. We shall see how it goes!
