Unbeatable Value
Pros- LASER Guidance, because LIDAR is so 2020. This makes this thing unbeatable in mapping your house and preventing bumps and scuffs around your painted walls, furniture and base boards.- The application is easy to use, provides a multitude of tools to schedule cleaning based on time, area, partition, you can even set how strong to vacuum and mop per area- Vacuum comes with many voices built-in, if it gets stuck or if it needs your attention to volume is loud and clear- Suction is STRONG, this is the only robot that can vacuum my high pile rug with no problems- Syncs with Alexa or Google Home for voice control, you /can/ install the app on IOS, but Siri won’t work as this is not matter enabled- Great value, for under $200 this device has features only found on the above $500 level devices. Laser guidance is superb.- Great battery life! My house is around 1200 square feet and it can run a full cleaning cycle with battery to spare. Let’s hope the battery ages well.- Well built hard plastic, feels durableCons- Could have had matter support- Wish battery was easy to reach/replace. This will be needed in one year or so as these heavy use batteries don’t age well- No firmware updates at first boot make me nervous, let’s hope this continues to get update in the future

Works well…vacuums well…good battery life…good coverage.
Use this as a vacuum only as I’ve had other Proscenic robot vacuums and they work well. Does a great job of mapping the rooms…the app works well and is easy to connect to the app. Alexa compatible. Self-emptying works well.

Great customer service, and love the robot vacuum.
I had one small issue where the battery wasn’t charging, but customer service was able to get it corrected in 2 e-mails. I love the mapping and no go zone features.

I look for forward to seeing this change and I am confident the support team will be responsive to customer emails and feedback.*****************************************************************************To rate this below a 5 star.Con: Very, very difficult to find a simple replacement part such as side brush. You have to email Support because it is not listed on their website, wait 2-3 business days for someone to respond, and then you must money via PayPal. Carpet boost works some of the time and when it does the vacuuming is 99% done. Doesn’t like throw down rugs. Always jams and will let you know. If you do not leave the mop attached dirt and hair sticks to the velcro. Like Roomba, they need to have a dust bin for non-mopping. Won’t tell you if the dust bin is full. Unit is small for a 2200 Square foot home, therefore; it takes longer to clean. Partitioning and splitting rooms in the app isn’t user friendly. There are two apps in the Apple Store so it is confusing on which one to download. There is a brief user manual so you will need to go their YouTube channel for information.Pros: Always finds it’s way home. Excellent mapping and scheduling cleaning is very nice. Very quiet.

Product stinks
The item Proscenic item stinks. I have had it plugged in several different outlets through my house. Downloaded the App for the phone. It picks up the products bluetooth systems, but no matter how long it has been charging, the system says it’s not charged enough. I will never buy another Proscenic item again

Sorry, but disappointed!
Maybe I had unrealistic expectations, but this machine has certainly been disappointing. My house is a small one-story-just under 1300 sq ft-and this little bugger does not stay charged long enough to vacuum the whole house. It gets stuck under the couch, under the bed, etc. and canât get free. The dust it picks up on the little gray pad while vacuuming the hard surfaces comes off on the area rugs, leaving the rugs dirtier than they were to begin with! The mopping feature just leaves the floor slightly damp but doesnât remove any spots or splatters. It does vacuum fairly well on the hard surfacesâwe have laminate and/or tile throughout the house. But as I say, it doesnât stay charged long enough to finish the job. AND, it takes hours to recharge so I have to wait until the next day to continue! ð³

A little vacuum robot
This is our 2nd robot cleaner. The first one was played by our yellow cat and she lost it in the basement. So far it is working nicely for cleaning our first floor for us. We have a large home. For over 2000 sf area, it can finish the vacuum in about 1 hour. The battery is holding the charge so far and the noise level is below our hand- hold vacuum cleaner. Will test it in our bedroom area in the future.

Time saver vacuum
This vacuum is awesome at keeping our floors clean with minimal effort. The suction is powerful enough to pick up everything from pet hair to crumbs, and the anti-hair-tangling brush saves me from having to pull out trapped hair constantly. I like how it easily to clean the tank, to fill in the water and to clean the mop. Itâs about all in one step and then the robot is good to go! It saves a lot of my time, definitely recommend it for busy moms!
