I cannot believe how well this works!I moved into a new place recently that has gray “wood” flooring, which makes it difficult to know exactly how dirty it is, but just from wiping up a few spills here and there, I was sure it wasn’t as clean as I’d like it to be despite the “very thorough” cleaning it received before I moved in.Long story longer, the floor cleaner arrived, I charged it, turned off the very loud voice, filled the tank with hot water and added a cap of the cleaning solution that came with it, sprayed where I was going to clean with some Fabuloso because someone told me it worked really well (and I wasn’t convinced that little cap full of solution could possibly be enough for very dirty floors), set it on max, and the little thing took off and very quickly did it’s job. I went over some areas a few times because I couldn’t tell when the floor was “clean” even though it was becoming a lighter shade of gray.I was very encouraged that this little cleaner was really working when I saw how dirty the water was when I had to empty it!After I was done, I randomly went over small sections with clean paper towels and more Fabuloso to double check how well it had performed, and every single place was completely clean! It is truly amazing at how clean the floors were with very little effort!Clean up was a breeze since it does it itself and quite well. I only had to wipe the plastic brush roll cover, which was hardly dirty and easily wiped clean, and the base, which had some leftover cleaning solution in the bottom from the self cleaning. I pulled the roll off and put it on its little stand to dry…easy peasy!As others have mentioned, the only drawbacks were watching how fast the battery drained and how quickly the dirty water filled up and needed to be emptied. I thought at first that it was charging very slowly, but that was just my perception because I wanted to clean all the floors immediately because I was so thrilled to be able to do it so easily!I think going forward, the cleaning solution will be sufficient, and I won’t have to put it on max, which will make the battery last longer, but we shall see. I highly recommend this floor cleaner!

Save your $! Sensors malfunction and leaves terrible floor streaks
For the first week everything worked great, then after the second week the whole âwaste water is fullâ alarm started going off before the tank was even half way to max. This is Including me cleaning all the filters and all parts of the vacuum after every use/ time itâs full. Every time I use it it says the waste water is full with less water in it every time. Sad considering how much this vacuum is. The self cleaning feature doesnât do much self cleaning either. Not to mention the terrible streaks this thing leaves!! Also no it CANNOT suck up large chunks, it will get stuck in-between roller and cover. Even small stuff does.Not to mention the speaker function is beyond annoying and way too loud for a vacuum..No way to turn it down or off to my knowledge. Annoying and non-functional!

Lightweight and great clean!
Filling with cap is difficult- cardboard in cap- smallish fill hole. I Used medicine cup with measureEasy on- off and easy to figure out how to use, particularly if you have used other cleaners.Light weight, nice swivel featureAutomatically pulls forwardFits under counters and small spaces with ease.Nice clean. I returned over the area at a slightly different angle to make sure the floor was completely covered. Left a nice clean shining floor.Although floor did not look particularly dirty beforehand, the water showed it to be quite dirty.Seemed to use a significant amount of power. If doing a very large area, may need to recharge.

The cleaner is fantastic. My only complaint is that the battery does not last very long and it takes a very long time for it to recharge. It is lightweight and what it does to my floors is the difference between night and day.

Difficult to operate
So overall I have had 3 weeks to work with this device which is neither a great vacuum nor a great mop. Let’s start with the basics..the device is easy to setup but there are things that go with the stand that have no explanation. I figured out ine was for the rotating mop head. The number one issue is cleaning the device, adding water to the reservoir, adding detergent to it…it’s just messy. Very very hard not to spill.For our hardwood floors it does a nice job grabbing the dog hair and cleaning up minor spills..but nothing substantial and absolutely nothing that’s got any crumbs larger than a small marble. The battery didn’t last as long as I expected either. With nearly 25% battery gone in under 10 minutes of usage. I couldn’t clean my whole first floor hardwood..let alone carpet without recharging.Cleaning the mophead is a gross experience..even when using the self clean there’s a lot of effort. Basically to setup this device it’s about 2 – 3 minutes..and after use it’s for sure a full 10 minutes to fully clean and get it back..however still that mop head is sitting wet…so no I cannot recommend this device too much work and not great at any one thing.
