Powerful, versatile, multi-purpose vacuum with mop function. Great performance!
My parents are getting older and I know that it is getting harder for them to clean their apartment. I bought this as a gift for them and they (and I) are thrilled with this vacuum. The ability to vacuum and mop from a single device was a huge factor in my purchase. They like the fact that they only have to use one device for all of their floor cleaning needs. Their apartment has tile floors with some area rugs, and this vacuum works really well in that environment.I visited them to deliver this and we were able to get it set up and running in a very short period of time. My dad is 88 years old, but very tech savvy, so he was able to download the app and set up an account easily. The app is very detailed, and gives you the ability to set custom cleaning “scenes” that you can run on demand. We set up a scene for sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor, and then another one for to sweep their carpeted bedrooms. The app also lets you change settings such as the suction level (quiet, standard, and max suction) and the water flow for mopping. There is also tech support available in the app and product videos to get high-level instruction on how to use. The user’s manual is very well written, so I am confident that my parents are going to be able to get this to work without my being there.This vacuum features 3,000pa (pascals, which is a universal measure of suction) of suction, which is very powerful. My mom was very surprised to see how much dust and dirt was swept up from her “clean” floors! There are three different operating modes: vacuum, mop, and vacuum & mop, and switching modes is simple in the app or with the remote. Once it finishes vacuuming, it will locate the charge base and dock itself to recharge.I am impressed at the variety of ways to control the vacuum: via remote (batteries included!), the app, or a manual clean button on the top of the unit. You can also control the vacuum with Smart Home devices such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. This gives my parents the ability to each control the vacuum with their own favorite method (my mom loves telling Alexa to clean the kitchen, while my dad would rather use the app). The level of flexibility and customization makes this an extremely powerful machine.The box contains a lot of gear and includes extra parts: a mop pad, 2 side brushes, and a HEPA filter. I noticed that replacement parts are available on Amazon, so you will be able to keep this working over time.I am very happy with this purchase, as are my parents. This vacuum is a very powerful tool to help my older parents with their housework, and it is easy enough for them to understand how this works. Highly recommend!

Poor suction
Robot vacuum does not have good suction power. It would run for 1 minute and then get stuck due to hair getting stuck on roller. I do not recommend this robot if you get a-lot of hair in your home.

Lo bueno: aspira bien y recoge mucha suciedad. Trapea aceptablemente.Lo malo: no mapea la casa, anda a ciegas y dÃ³nde quiera se topa, se cae por las escaleras y le cuesta trabajo encontrar su base de carga.Le dura muy poco la baterÃa (poco mÃ¡s de 50 minutos) y el deposito de polvo es muy pequeÃ±o.Puede servir para un cuarto de soltero pero no para una casa con varias habitaciones. No vale la pena el gasto. Hay mejores opciones que hacen mejor trabajo.
