Very sturdy build quality, easy to maneuver, good suction. Can be used as a blower. Good set of attachments. The power cord could be a little longer (the length in the listing is correctly stated), but is sufficient to get anywhere in a two car garage without switching to another outlet.

Good value vac with a very short hose
I have other Porter Cable tools and I did not have much luck with shop vac so I purchased this vac. It is great except the expandable hose and that is a real negative factor. Itâs only about 3 feet long before it starts to stretch. It usually falls over if when you pull it unless thereâs no obstacles to slow it down. I have to get a shop vac hose to make it longer and less annoying.

Wow, Porta-Cable quality and attention to detail has dropped significantly over their past product.I guess ya get what you pay for.Vac works as described. Suction, while it wont pick up heavy stuff, like bolts & screws, it is good enough and unit is light & more quiet than others I’ve owned.ZERO tool storage..something I actually didnt catch before I hit the buy button, because its never been an issue.Yes you get a cheap mesh bag which may last a month or two, but no way to store tools, or hose extension on board w/ the vac, which even junky lil vacs all seem to have….come on porta-cable, that hard or costly to add a plastic tool holder..it would cost what, a whole $0.30?Also, hose is waaaay too short., as in under 2ft. perfect however if you have really short arms and stand under 3ft tall :/Overall, would prob not buy again, money could be better spent on a better designed make & model.
