For the price, I didn’t have high expectations.I already knew it wasn’t going to be perfect, but I just like the idea of some dusting being done in my kids bedrooms.On first use it powered on right out of the box!!!I was actually genuinely surprised that it picked things up. (I’m running it AGAIN as im writing this review i had already emptied it but figured I’d do a full review showing how it has performed). I made the mistake of not taking a picture of all that it did pick up the first time.I can confirm it is not the best choice for a robot vacuum it will not pick up everything off the floor, but it does pick up hair and dust bunnies if there are any. (Great for going under beds & hard to reach places). I might get one for my bathroom to run daily as hair & dust accumulates and it’s very clear that it’s capable of getting those up off the floor.There is no base, no internet connection required, or app to connect it to your cell phone, its an easy one click and go which is why i find it perfect for children to have and use! I do wish it had a charging light somewhere you’ll never know if it’s charging or completely charged.The run time is about 30min to 40min. It is not loud but you’ll notice it, if you’re in the room. It does well on tile, laminate & wood floors i can’t see that it would work on carpet but i don’t have any to test that theory. There’s also a divider at the kids doorway and it will not go over it, so no it doesn’t climb i assume if you have a thick mat it will go around it. So it’ll be great if you have pets it will not harm them at all. With a combination of these in my kids room and my other robot vacuum I rarely have to sweep or mop anymore leaving more time to do other things around the house.
