Smells good and stains are gone!
I use this in my carpet scrubber. This is less expensive than most of the brands, but does the job. Great value for the money and the stains are gone.

Really works!
This stuff is liquid gold if u have any cats! I’ve known people that have had to pull up their carpet because of cat urine, and nothing would get the smell out! I had a spot where my older cats were peeing that got worse when they got sick before I lost them. This stuff completely eliminated the odor and theres no stain left at all! I’m highly impressed, especially since this wasn’t the most expensive brand! Highly recommend! Leaves a clean scent as well, almost citrus. Use to get rid of urine and stop further marking.

Impressive
I have used this on everything from armpit odor to cat urine to grease stains, and I could not be more impressed. Laundry, drains and hard surfaces have all rendered impressive results. As a massage therapist, taking out years-old stale oil smell from sheets is prizeworthy. I can hardly believe it. Just remember that the item has to stay saturated long enough for the enzymes to work. I add it to my prewash cycle for generally smelly or greasy laundry, but I spray generously with a 50/50 solution for tough stuff and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. I have not experienced any fading or damage to dark fabrics. I’m using unscented, so there is definitely no fragrance to mask results. Absolutely will not be without this product again.Update: I had a load of laundry many months ago that was contaminated by a large fish oil capsule. The whole load. Absolutely unbearable stench. I’ve rewashed those items no less than ten times in everything from washing soda, Fels Naptha, various degreasers to several OTHER bio-deodorizers and anti-microbials. One sports bra rendered zero change. Not sure what made the fabric so different, but the stench would not budge even a little. Completely unwearable. I stuck it in a quart jar with warm water and about 1/3 cup of this enzyme cleaner and ignored it for half a day, then dumped the whole thing in the washer with the next load. I am wearing the bra now. Not a hint of fish oil. I am unspeakably sensitive to rancid smells, not to mention feeling personally victimized and enraged by this smelly bra, so I assure you, if it was there, I would smell it. This stuff is amazing.Update 2: Well, the giant, hairy dog finally did it. He tangled with a skunk. Of course, he panicked and blazed through the house, rubbing on furniture in an effort to get it off of his face. I was nervous about using a peroxide mixture on my coffee brown furniture, so I sprayed it heavily it with this product and crossed my fingers. IT WORKED.

The Best I have Tried!
I have several cats now and have experienced how awful cat urine smells. I have been on a mission to try to find a product that will save my bedding, cat toys, and anything their urine touches from being thrown away. I have tried Pooph, My Pet Peed, and various pet store cleaners that claim to erase cat urine. I have been very disappointed in them all! Honestly, without a reliable cleaner, I have considered not keeping the cats any longer.I am so pleased with Zeiff Probiotic Enzyme Cleaner. Unfortunately, I have had several times that I got to try it out and it worked great. No lingering odor, not even a hint of that old urine smell. No evidence of the accident (giving them the benefit of the doubt) at all. I won’t be without this product anymore.

Did an average job and didn’t kill all oder
Cleaned the carpet with it but still got pee smell. I ended up pulling the carpet. It was not a high density of cat pee, it was just starting and just a couple of weeks of pee from an old cat that now has passed away. I used it in a carpet cleaner and poured some direct ly on it and let it stand for a day before using the carpet cleaner. Maybe I didn’t do somthing right but I did use the carpet cleaner a couple of times with the liquid in the soap side and water rinsed after each use of the carpet cleaner with rinse water in the soap side of the carpet cleaner.

Great for pet urine smell
We use this to wash rags used to clean pet urine. Our older dog has many accidents, and this keeps the cleaning rags (we used them only for the urine) from smelling bad. Just a little added to my normal detergent in the washer works great. I even keep some in a spray bottle to spray on carpet or furniture she has accidents on. Gets rid of the smell.

LOVE THIS STUFF
This stuff really works for pets and around the house! Smells so good and doesnât bother my sinuses and my pets donât seem to be bothers either. Definitely will be ordering again
