Die Kugeln sind super verpackt.Man kann die kleine Dose, ohne Scham, auf dem Nachtisch stehen lassen.Die verschiedenen Gewichte sind echt gut.Die Farben steigern sich mit der GrÃ¶Ãe der Kugeln.Die Kugeln haben eine gute Haptik.Und lassen sich, bitte wasserlÃ¶slichem Gleitgel, sehr gut einfÃ¼hren.Das E-Book zum Download ist sehr gut und informativ.Die Ãbungen sind, wenn man sie richtig macht, schon anstrengend.Schon nach ein paar Tagen, mit der kleinsten Kugel, konnte ich eine leichte Verbesserung spÃ¼ren.Wichtig ist:Du musst, wie jeden anderen Muskel auch, regelmÃ¤Ãig und richtig trainieren.Von nichts, kommt nichts!!Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Lookin at number 5 i thought no way will that fit. I started at no3. Took a week each for no 3 & 4to feel comfirtable. No 5 took a bit longer. Nice silicon feel. You can warm them up too which is nice. Thoroughly recommend!

Great size transitions
First I bought the VWell dilator set but I could not get from #4 to #5. I then bought this set and was able to go from #4 to #5. The difference is very slight but it was a night and day difference.

THEY WORK!
I would highly advise going to a pelvic PT first to make sure you actually need to strengthen your PF, but after you know that and you are completing kegels correctlyâthese are the best next step. Super comfortable and easy to follow steps. I did the exercises for two weeks and my husband and I noticed a big difference! After several birth tears, I wondered if surgery was my only option to come back to myself 13 mo PP. Nope! These bad boys are IT!

Great quality dilators it feels nice and easy to clean! The sizes are diverse and i wish they provide even bigger sizes. Before this i have zero experience about fingering never the less penetration so everything is so scary when i got my first boyfriend. It was scary at first but slowly and surely i get more confident and it took around 3 months of consistent trying to get through the whole set even though no 5 is DAUNTING. My boyfriend is around a size 7 and we are finally have painless penetration after 3 months of consistent training and i dont even have to go through the sizes anymore so the set definitely works!

Sono una ginecologa e li ho presi per una mia paziente in postmenopausa con atrofia e ipertono, in combinazione ad altri trattamenti. Il pacco Ã¨ arrivato in una settimana circa in ottime condizioni. I dilatatori sono contenuti in un bel sacchetto di raso all’interno della loro scatola e sono veramenti ben fatti, di un bel silicone liscio e morbido, con bei colori. Anche le dimensioni mi sono sembrate adeguate. Sono dotati di istruzioni in tutte le lingue. Naturalmente non so dire ancora su confort ed efficacia perchÃ¨ non sono stati ancora provati.

Really help and easy to use!
I found these after my third baby was born (she is 3 months now) and they have helped with my pelvic floor. They are very durable and made of good quality. I feel the cost is worth it as well! Super easy to clean as well being made of silicone.

I love the product but I would like the books please ð
I have the what I guess they are calling the old package. I have no complaints about the product except one thing. Since I been a supporter, I would like to have access to the ebook and magazine. In love the case the pearls sit in, the silicone covers over the weights. They actually work very well, I have moved up to the second lighter weight. They are easy to clean and you donât have to worry about getting stuck because it has a silicone tail to easily pull out. Now I always wondered if I was putting them in correctly, so I would please ask the developers can I have access to the books that now comes with your new package. TMI-so if you donât want to know stop reading now. I donât know if this issue is from the pearls, but now I am always wet, I believe I am starting menopause because I havenât had a cycle since March 2024, but from my understanding this will make you less wet. My husband doesnât complain he loves it. Itâs to the point I bought pantylinerâs. Also, I was told 12 months no cycle is menopause. Now I have a grandson, we decided no more children.
