I purchased the Ogonbrick Universal Headboard Brackets and was pleasantly surprised that I could assemble it myself, even though I had no prior experience. The kit included all the necessary tools to secure my headboard to my metal adjustable bed. As a 62-year-old woman, I was able to complete the installation by following the easy-to-understand instruction booklet that came with the package. Iâm very happy that I didn’t need to hire a handyman for this task. The finished installation looks professional, and I completed it in about 30 minutes. Iâm very satisfied with this product.

I purchased a Member’s Mark Adjustable Base and I also bought a headboard adapter for the base, however, it wasn’t compatible. I found this adapter and it works great.

I didn’t find any instructions in the box so I had to look at the pictures in the Amazon listing. It’s pretty obvious once you look at it. You have to unscrew the leg on each side and put one piece over the threads of the leg and then put the leg back on. Then adjust it out as far as you need for it to meet the headboard and tighten the leg. Then put on the cross bracket that attaches to the headboard and adjust it to the right position and bolt it on to the piece on the leg and then to the headboard. If you need to tweak it a bit you can always loosen the leg.
