Let it dry!
I love Nature’s Miracle spray so I decided to try the carpet shampoo for my area rug. My dogs tinkle here and there until you can smell it, but never a full bladder I can find and spot clean.When I first used it, I thought the smell hadn’t gone away at all. But after a couple days of drying (it was a rainy weekend, high humidity) the smell of urine was gone.I shook the bottle well and used it in an upright cleaner, filled the clean water tank to the line, then formula to the line.I didn’t notice any residue on the short pile rug. And the dirty water tank was dark, it pulled up a lot of dirt!

Good for Stains….Some Drawbacks.
I have used this product for many years when shampooing my carpet mainly because their Nature’s Miracle spot treatment seems to do such a good job in getting rid of stains so I wanted to stay with the same product line. It does a good job in cleaning but I have noticed, like several others have reported, that it does tend to leave a sticky residue. I am one that always goes over the carpets with a plain water rinse after using the shampoo as I realize that soap residue is what tends to cause carpets to attract dirt faster. But rinsing on many occasions hasn’t gotten rid of stickiness feel for days when still damp after treating the carpet. Although I like the product line in general, I may go with the Hoover brand next go around and check out the difference.I have also noticed a smell to the carpet after cleaning that some have mentioned. The solution itself smells fine but when mixed in with wet carpet (that usually has pet urine in it), it is does smell pretty rank. It does seem to go away after the carpet completely dries (or I’ve gotten used to the smell! Not sure!) I have on occasion sprayed Fabreze over the carpet when it smelled, and that seemed to also take care of the smell. Overall, it is a good cleaner for stains, I feel, but there are some drawbacks.

Cleans Like never before.
I liked this product very much Nature’s Miracle Deep Cleaning Stain and Odor Remover Carpet Shampoo,64 oz. did a great job It left my carpets smelling clean and fresh like never before. The price is great also. I will order this product again. This is better than those expensive brands. I am glad that I took the time to do some research before I purchased the costly brand like before. Thanks, Nature’s Miracle, I will personally give you 100 points. I am so happy after I cleaned my carpets.

I had a very very bad problem with cat pee on a Berber carpet. The cats had literally drenched a spot at the bottom of a staircase into a basement suite and I was convinced that I was going to have to replace the entire basement carpet. The stink was acrid and nothing I did had any effect. I tried everything. I did my research and realised that ONLY a cleaner with enzymes which would work on the Uric Acid would offer me some hope. I admit I DID shampoo the carpet 4 times ( over a period of about 2 weeks). I used a huge fan to dry the carpet inbetween each shampooing, and we were lucky enough to be able to just shampoo and leave the room because we are currently not using the suite. I had zero issue with the smell of the product and after 4 shampoos (and for all I know if might have worked its magic after the first cleaning) there is not the faintest whiff of a smell. The room smells fresh and clean and I am very impressed. I’ve had cats for years and have had to change carpets before so I am thrilled to have found this product. It works!

Superb product
Used with my Bissell cleaner and it did a great job of removing old set-in stains. Carpet looks brand new again and leaves a nice, clean scent!
