Seems expensive but last a long time
We have been using 60 days now. We mop frequently. It goes a long way and does a good job

Smells fresh
I like the scent of this cleaner and it does a good job. The floors are clean and itâs not slick.

Needs more options
The shipping and handling was great, the only thing is I wish narwhal would take out more options for floor cleaners, has to be used with this specific cleaner. Wish it had stronger scents and more options. Doesnât really smell like anything but some people might like that. Clean okay, the water comes out dirty so itâs doing its job.

NARWAL does the trick!
We found that it does a great job at vacuuming and mopping our 1 floor house. It is quiet and cleans up itself well after every use. The initial mapping process has some kinks but eventually did work and the Freo mode is not quite as âAIâ as we hoped. But when you tell it to vacuum and mop a specific room it does the job perfectly. We love the hours of time we got back thanks to this device.

Narwal robot vacuum floor cleaner
The soap works great. Wish the Narwal mop worked as well. You CANNOT chose to purchase a different type of soap to use. It is NOT refillable. Brand new plastic bottle every time you have to refill it. So you have to pay whatever they decide to charge and it is too much. So, it’s disappointing. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
