Clean Before You Even Notice – The world’s first robot vacuum with dual 1600×1200 HD cameras and dual chips. Freo Z Ultra sees everything in high-definition color and evaluates its surroundings with groundbreaking AI to enable real-time cleaning decisions.
Advanced Obstacle Avoidance – Dual cameras and on-board AI recognize over 120 objects to closely avoid obstacles while maximizing cleaning coverage. Hazards like pet accidents are avoided by 150mm, with furniture legs and safe objects cleaned up to within 8mm. It even reacts to and avoids unexpected dangers as they appear.
Real-Time Cleaning Decisions – By identifying dirt, dual-chip AI deploys suction or mopping. Dust detected? Liquid? Mop on, suction off — make dirt and dustbin smell vanish. When big mess is detected, it employs a matrix cleaning pattern going horizontally and vertically until floors flawless.
Ultra Quiet Self-Empty Station – The docking station works quietly but thoroughly to clean and maintain Freo Z Ultra. AI detects mop contaminants and cleans between 104°F and 140°F to avoid scorching while flushing grease, then reaches 167°F for a hygienic clean. A 2.5L dustbag holds 120 days of compressed self-emptying dirt, a self-cleaning and drying system avoids smells.
Tornado Suction, Breezy Sound – Industry-leading 12,000Pa suction at low-noise pairs with a certified tangle-free brush to maintain cleaning performance day after day. Easily lifts dirt and pet hair from carpets and crevices, while getting right up to the wall with EdgeSwing technology. A new baseboard cleaning module even removes overlooked dirt from the vertical baseboard.
Leaves Floors Shining – Dual mops press down with 1.2 kg of force and scrub at 180 RPM to remove even the most stubborn stains. Their triangular mop heads reach right up to the edge and won’t leave streaks. Waste water is analyzed to ensure floors are flawless, if it isn’t clean, Freo Z Ultra won’t stop until it is.

Absolutely in love with it! A huge upgrade from my old vacuum.
I upgraded from a dreame 10 to the Narwal Freo Z. And let’s just technology has come a long long way in terms of robot vacuums. I’ve had this for a bit over a week now and it’s perfect. The pros:Very easy setup and documentation. It’s incredibly quiet compared to any robot vacuum I’ve used. Ever. I’ve had Wyze, roborock, dreame, and finally this. This is by far the quietest vacuum I’ve ever used and somehow even more powerful in terms of suction. Oh, and an enormous water tank.Freo mind! I am absolutely in love with this feature and especially the intensive cleaning for large dirty area(s). My house is oak flooring throughout with throw rugs throughout. When you first enable this, you might think the robot is going crazy cleaning the same spot over and over. Don’t go crazy. Whatever sensors it is using, trust them.Performance:Wood floors, tile floors: It does an incredible job vacuuming and mopping these. Absolutely no complaints. I’m primarily using the freo mind portion within the app and I have no complaints.Carpets: I have two australian shepherds. It’s nearly November. It’s shedding season. Anyone that has any double coat dog knows the struggle is real when they start blowing their coats. It definitely does a fantastic job picking up the hair throughout the house. Hair on the carpet is no match for that thing. Also a plus, if it detects that the carpet or flooring is dirty, you will hear the vacuum go a bit louder for more suction power.Edge mode: I can’t personally say I’ve had much time to observe this (the vacuum runs during the day during working hours). However, the app doesn’t lie. I have observed it doing its little dust thing. Cool feature, but that’s all I can say. I tend to steam the baseboards once a year for a deep clean anyway.——What could be better:The app is great. BUT, there are definitely some features that you should enable once it has mapped the house. It will not vacuum carpets unless explicitly specified. You can change the behavior of this in the app by selecting the carpet on the map and you can tell it how you would like to do it. Narwal does not recommend having this on high-pile carpets. If you have pets, do make sure to check off “Family with Pets” in the app so it will empty the dustbin more regularly.I also had to check off auto dust collection set to always rather than smart. This ensures that it will empty the dust bin after every cleaning. The smart empty was not cutting it for me as a family with 2 pets. I do wish there was a way to complete a room, have it go empty the dust bin, then resume to the next room. Which, you can do by setting up an individual schedule (per room), just a minor annoyance is all.

Super smart, great detection, cleans amd mops amazing
I had a ishark robot for 3 years it was ok vaccuming and getting hair not tangled, the maloing was awful, not precise no lidar. This on the other hand has a great lidar, mapping , cameras. Fast movement and great smart application. U can lrogram the sequence of cleaning between rooms options to vaccum , mop or both for each room, u can see the robot live moving and history of where it cleaned. Battery charges super fast. Mopping is amazing floor looks better than ever before although the detergent doesnt really leave any lavender or lime smell as it is written on it. Amd parts r very expensive and u cant refill the detergent and u have to get new dust bags, cant empty them have to replace them. The other plastic part on the robot itself has to be cleaned very quickly otherwise the lints will fill it up really quick. But very accessible and easy to empty since its on the top of it. Over all i love everything about it just wish they made the detergent refillable.

Potential to be great but new design is flawed beyond usability
I had the x ultra before this one and only reason I upgraded was because this one has the dust bag built into the base. Sadly, it doesnât empty the vacuum if it gets full. It doesnât return to base after so long to empty as it does with mopping. The dust bin is much smaller in this design and so it doesnât hold as much. I have an Australian shepherd who constantly sheds. I had the roomba previously and it would return to base constantly to empty itself. With the x ultra i knew i had to empty the bin before i started because i knew it would fill up. This was my solution or so i thought. It maps the house in 15 min and accurate. It has great obstacle avoidance. It mops and doesnât an amazing job. This new feature is a complete fail and sadly the reason it was purchased. The design clogs in the unit because of the smaller hole. Seriously thinking Iâll swap out the new bin for the more useable one from my x. Help desk was sadly no help but only because itâs a design flaw that theyâll have to address.Update: Iâve lowered to one star. If you need a mop this does a great job. If you have a house that doesnât get dirty, this will be great. If you have a dog or a pet that sheds, this is a waste of hard earned money. I called and spoke to the company and they said i just need to clean less more often. I would run this daily if it could handle it but it cannot handle even a single room. The dustbin is a terrible on this unit. Clogs constantly. Doesnât empty to base like they say. Itâs a disaster. So disappointed. Now i canât even go back to the x ultra because i donated it. It would handle the dog hair with no problem. Itâs even avoiding cotton from a dogs toy that their other version would grab lol

I love everything about the Narwal Freo Z Ultra. It does an exceptional job of cleaning. It is super smart as well. I love that the mop pads are regularly cleaned and dried and re-loaded with fresh mop water while on the go. My only recommendation for serious buyers is to think about purchasing the water exchange system available for it. You likely wouldn’t be purchasing this machine unless you had a lot of floor space to mop, so it stands to reason that you will likely encounter the same issue I did: it could only mop two medium-sized rooms before the fresh-water tank and the dirty-water tanks needed to be dealt with. There was no way it would have mopped all my hard-floor spaces without having to be there to reload and empty the tanks. So, I ended up purchasing the water exchange system which is getting plumbed in, in the coming days, so that I can schedule a complete cleaning and not worry about the tanks. I promise you will love this machine.

The robot mapped my entire floor, then vacuumed and mopped it all perfectly! Didnât miss anything and it identified and avoided all the hazards the my old vacuum would choke on! I love this machine! Itâs so quiet too! I can run it while we sleep! Im getting another for the upstairs!

First ever robot Vacuum, it is super quiet, sometimes I wonder where it is in my apartment. First few runs definitely went through a bunch a water but seems to have definitely decreased with time, along with length it takes to clean. Overall really happy with it.

Our floors are constantly spottles. Even if we swept and moped it felt like in an hour there was still dust on the floor. This is such a game changer and worth the money. Having a daily task delt that I don’t even have to think about is a life saver. With a toddler and cat, the floors were beyond over stimulating. Now it’s always clean and nice!

The app is not user friendly, take so much to set the details and has lot of problem . The vacuum is too stupid, slow and stupid, I got robovac S8 ultra v with same price which is 1000% better than this , compared to each other price for this robot shouldnât be more than 800$
