Lights stop working very quickly
Overall I love this cordless vac. More pros than cons. Reasonably priced. 3 settings for suction. The lowest setting didnât find useful but the middle setting is more than sufficient to use on tile, hardwood and low pile indoor/outdoor carpet. Very easy to empty and maintain. Can be detached from the handle both to charge and use has a handheld. Comes with attachments. It does a great job with picking up crumbs and dog hair from my short haired chihuahua. I use it every single day for quick clean ups. It doesnât stand up on its own. Have to lean it up against something. That doesnât bother me but good to know if youâre considering this vac. Has 3 lights on the vac head that I loved because makes it easy to see what I missed. But this is where the con comes in. All 3 lights stopped working after about a month. Customer service was excellent though. Contacted them via email and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement head. The new head came and unfortunately after 2 uses 2 of the 3 lights stopped working. Since this was the second time thought this was probably some kind of design flaw and didnât contact them to let them know and decided to just deal with it because love the vac in every other way. They may very well have replaced it again if I had contacted them so thatâs on me.

Great hair picker upper!
I spent weeks looking for a cordless vacuum because I was tired of plugging and unplugging the cord. I also didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one either. I have had this vacuum for a little under a month now. The warranty for it is 2 years which I was able to set up with a QR code. About a week later I got an email to confirm the warranty and was able to pick a gift of either a battery or 2 filters. For this vacuum you do want to mount it to the wall. It is top heavy and won’t stand on the floor when not in use. It picks up cat hair really easy. To pick up sand, litter, and cat food I recommend the canister being empty. I find the fuller it gets the suction is less. The canister is small, and I do have to empty is multiple times, but I have a big house and have a lot of cats and use it everywhere so not a big deal for me. It does have 3 speeds picking things like litter I would use the highest. I can vacuum 20+ minutes going in between speeds and battery still isn’t dead haven’t tried the full 45 min. I like that if it does get clogged you can easily remove a piece and clean it out. The shaft is adjustable so you don’t have to hunch over. I haven’t used any of the attachments but would think they would work great in a vehicle for a quick cleaning. If something gets stuck and it can’t suck the vacuum will shut off until removed. One thing I don’t like is when the canister does get full the vacuum won’t fully pick the debris and when you turn off to empty, it will fall out and you will have to vacuum it again. Other than that and wishing the canister was bigger I love the vacuum! If anything should change I will update.

One of the best cleaning products ever brought into my house however, it would have been an improvement if the charging time of the vacuumâs battery is quicker. Overall, the performance of the product is efficient and as been told in the productâs description.

Great vacuum for a great price
I had held off purchasing a cordless vacuum cleaner because most of them were higher in price than I wanted to spend. However, when I saw this unit, I decided to try it out. The worst that could happen would be to have to return it. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and power this vacuum has. With 3 power settings and simple clean up after use, I am now hooked. It is light, powerful and has a good battery run time to complete all the rooms in one sweep.I must comment also on the seller’s customer service. I had what turned out to be a simple issue with the roller mechanism. When I activated the 24 month warranty, I was contacted immediately confirming the warranty along with an offer of either a spare battery pack or a couple of HEPA filters for free. I was also contacted by a customer support person responding to the roller issue. I am impressed with the prompt response and helpful suggestions offered. I learned that it is important to empty and clean the unit to prevent micro-dust from accumulating in the HEPA filter. I usually empty the dirt collection cup after each use since we have several dogs and a lot of foot traffic through the house. Based on my experience to far, I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.Update on this vacuum: About a week after this review was written, the roller mechanism stopped working and the vacuum would shut down after about 10 seconds. Contacted customer support and they responded within a day. After documenting the issue, the company very quickly offered to replace the brush head and the unit was delivered in about 5 days as promised. The unit works perfectly as of this review. The customer support I received was timely and issue resolved with very little fuss. For this fact alone, I would purchase again from this company and I am very pleased with the vacuum.

Good cordless vacuum for the price point.
The Nadaly ME02 is a nice little cordless vacuum. This is unfortunately my third cordless vacuum purchased, so I have some frame of comparison. The first one’s battery eventually wouldn’t take much of a charge, the second eventually developed a crack in the main vacuum tube, so I went looking for a third. I highly enjoy the ease and mobility of cordless. The Nadaly model is lighter and more maneuverable than my previous vacuum, and I like that is has three power levels when most other models at this price point only have two so pick up power is not compromised. I like the bottom dust bin release to empty, which is pretty standard, but what I really like about this model that is different from my previous ones is that the filter is removed from the top. So there is no accidental filter drop out into the trash when emptying as I’ve experienced with other models. The battery also isn’t quite as bulky which I very much like. Overall a great option for a cordless vacuum compared to similar models.
