Great Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo!
This is my first robot vacuum that also has a mopping feature. Iâve only owned 1 other robot vacuum and itâs been broken for years. This is night and day different and a much better quality!I have hardwood floor and tile all throughout my 1st floor and really wanted something that would do well for that use. I love the white color, and it seems to work quite well. It picks up tons of dust and cat fur that accumulates on my hardwood floors. I have no issues of it finding the dock when it needs to recharge, and it cleans the edges of the baseboards really well. The app is pretty easy to use, I havenât had any issues with it, and I like the customizable cleaning & room selection option. I also love that I can look at a camera view in the app to see where the vacuum is at! Thatâs just plain awesome!!The instructions are pretty clear and were easy to work through as I learned about using this robot vacuum. I love the large water tank as well as the large emptying bag for debris.I was really interested at how this would be on my kitchen floor as a mop, and it worked rather well. I love how I can tell it to just clean the kitchen (or just 1 room) and it will do that. There are a whole lot of custom features with this vacuum, some I have already mentioned. Another one I really like is you can tell it to vacuum first then mop. It also is able to empty the dust compartment on its own, and self-clean the mop! It seems like quite an advanced machine, and it even has a voice that is clearly audible and easy to understand. The whole unit has some heft, it has a fantastic mapping ability, and it is a huge asset to keeping my 1st floor clean. I am super happy with this robot vacuum!

Does not connect. Bad customer service
Can’t use the app. Will not connect. Customer service will not help. They send an email with the same instructions as the manual. When i call back for help i stay on hold for 30 min then told try later.Still works without all the app features. Tough choice to pack it up and return on principle or use without all the app features.

Similar to the P10 but better rollers
I have had a few of these vacuums and have been trying them out to see which ones are better. This one seems to lean more towards the hardwood floor than carpet. It seems to fill up quite easily when its picking up cat hair, and the base actually can only handle around 2 weeks of debris before it needs to be emptied in my experience. The vacuum like its other models is still quite weak, but this one having 2 rollers seems to do a better job at picking up debris on the carpet. It didn’t have an issue picking up many items we tested it with on the ground. It seems to be able to navigate around quite well, but declares anything shorter than itself its mortal enemy. It will repeatedly try to run over things like pet food bowls, shelves, its own dock/base, pedestal fan bases, etc. It also seems to completely ignore corners, these would need to be maintained with normal vacuuming. We also have had to lock our bathroom door when running this as it curls up and gets stuck on our bathroom rugs. The heated water cleaning is definitely a unique feature to this model that I have not seen on any other models or brands. I am not sure if it really makes that much of a difference. The battery runtime is pretty good, I don’t have a huge house but it fills up its debris can faster than it depletes its battery.Overall its an ok vacuum, but its weak on carpets. I believe this would do much better on hardwood floors which we don’t have. We do have tile for the bathroom and kitchen and it did clean those as good as we would have using a mop.

Huge Improvement over older robo-vacs
PROS: Compact space saving design, easy to fill, empty, and clean tanks, built in detergent dispenser and vac debris storage bag, reasonable mapping with good object and cliff edge detection, bright lights, finds it way back every time before running out of power, self cleans itself and auto dries the mop, self charges, mop and edge brushes extend for better edge cleaning, easy to control with APP once loaded, clear voice alerts as to what its doing when, had lots of customizable cleaning, vacuuming, and room selection options and zonings. Gets carpets fairly clean, does a great job on those new thin pet hair resistant carpets made for robots-cleaning machines., brushes don’t get wound up with hair. Customer service is great and responds quickly if you need any help setting it up and getting the APP working. CONS: Takes a lot of wifi bandwidth to run and slows down other wifi connected devices, app takes a few tries to get updated and working correctly, maps for rooms are tiny, and rooms label size are small and hard to read and select on a small phone screen. Push notifications are slow (on my high speed wifi, only compatible with 2.4G, you’ll need to purchase extra proprietary vacuum debris storage bags, cleaning detergents, and edge brushes overtime, takes a long time to do a full maximum level scrub and clean (about 9.5 hours for 1200 sqft), best results are obtained by removing all chairs, small tables, wastebaskets and etc. off the floors prior to mapping and running it each time, easy enough, get everything out of the way, start it, and go to work, pretty much done when you get back home! Overall a great value if you hate cleaning, and a great return on investment if your paying someone else to clean your floors, would make a much appreciated terrific gift. Stay Clean!

Inefficient
When in vac mode doesnât vac well on flat rugs, leaves dirt on edge of rug on floor. Leaves dirt on floors that I have to also sweep floors and vac my rugs. I have it on vac first and mop after it only vac, didnât mop.
