Our company designs products to perform at the highest level, and proudly manufactures most products in the USA. Our industry-leading tools span everything from drywall to concrete in a collection of more than 7,000 products. We engineer and manufacture tools with the same passion and tenacity as the people who use them.
Established in 1890, brothers Jesse and Lester Williams began making their first plastering trowels in their machine shop. Word of their superior tools quickly spread, and they built a company that would become recognized worldwide for their quality. MARSHALLTOWN has grown significantly since then, yet we feel the Williams brothers would be happy to know our driving principle remains the same; we offer quality tools at a competitive cost.

High quality
Use it as my shop brush. Keeps my bench clean. Useful in other applications as well. Well-made.

Well made brush.
I thought this brush might be flimsy or cheap, but it was not. The bristles and the size of the wooden handle are just right for a Shop brush where you are cleaning up your work bench or brushing up saw dust into a dust pan.

This brush shed bristles for quite a while, but slowly decreasing in number.
I’ve been using this brush to clean the floor.Hair, dusts, tiny debris can be easily moved and gathered using this brush. But, especially when I used this brush for the first time, I saw a number of bristles were shedding. I thought it may be inevitable and decided to see whether the shedding would continue to worsen or to improve. After dozen’s of usage, I could find the shedding of bristles decreased significantly and not there is almost no shedding any more. I thought this is important because if the shedding does not stop at a certain point, then the bristle may disturb the floor and eventually the brush may become useless. It is nice to hold with one hand and the abundance of bristles and proper rigidity of the bristles make the cleaning easy and comfortable. And while this is known to be made out of natural hair, this brush may not damage any subtle surfaces it is touching. Well, I do not know whether this brush is expensive or cheap. But I think it is useful for certain situation. Recently I purchased “Old City” brushes but it is more expensive and was smaller than this one. The price of this brush was $12.45 when I purchased two on September, 2018. And I think Marshalltown 6443 Curb brush also can be used to clean the floor with ease. It has longer brush span and the brush has just adequate strength to be used to clean the floor.

Great broom
I use this broom for fine sweeping floors for hard surface goods. Works great. But it is only a broom

Great for clearing saw dust
Use it a lot on saw dust and chips from working with wood. Soft bristles help pick up the dust. Works well.

Great Brush
Nice Product, Arrived on Time and Well Packaged. This is a really nice brush. I use it in my wood shop for cleaning off my tools. it is still new, so it looses a little bit of hair, but it is real horse-hair and it does a great job on dusts, even very fine sanding dust. I don’t get near as many skinned knuckles as I clean my machines as I used to.

Adam Cameron –
I use this brush to clean up my work benches in my shop. it’s perfect for that, like the ones in shop class you used as a kid. It’s nice because the natural horsehair doesn’t pick up bits easily. it is very full and cleans well. nice oak handle and solid construction. No loose hair problems.
Item arrived really quick. Problem is… Its damaged on top of it and stitching is falling appart after first time wearing it. Really upset. –
Hair started faling after 2 weeks of use. And after a month is allready bot useable.
