These are a perfect fit and work great. Itâs easy to replace, and doesnât have an off putting ânewâ scent to it. Not too much packaging involved, and exactly what I was looking for

Missing “FINE PRELIMINARY FILTER” and one was opened
Update: They contacted me about what happened and offered to send me a replacement which arrived yesterday. Amazing customer service.Bought the two pack immediately I compared it to the Levoit one, I could tell the difference in quality but as long as it does the job I’m fine with it for the price but the problem is one one of the filters was opened and missing the “FINE PRELIMINARY FILTER” and the other one was sealed. Did I receive I open boxed item or is the quality this bad that they don’t ship the item sealed and missing one of the filters. I’m going back to Levoit.Also why does this make noise like the active carbon is a bunch of bbs compared to levoit?Also just noticed as I was going to upload the review that the one that was opened is missing the tabs to pull this out of the unit so if I installed this is would have been more likely than not a problem to remove.

Great filters at an awesome price
These filters are an awesome way to save money and they work just as well as the name brand filters. I live in Oregon and with the wildfire season we go through quite a few filters and these help me save money, keep us protected and do a top notch job of keeping the air inside our apartment clean. I highly recommend!
