Good robot vacuum for the price
This is a good vacuum for the price, it works almost as well as my T8+ but at a fraction of the price. Of course it doesn’t have all the features but it does work well. You do have to empty it by hand, which I have gotten spoiled with the self emptying T8+. But again for the price, you cannot go wrong as it works very well.

Great Vacuum, okay mop
The mapping ability of the vacuum is really good and it has never gotten stuck over the past month of using this. I always pick up a lot of dust when vacuuming carpets or hardwood floor even though I vacuum weekly. It returns back to the docking station every times so far.One issue I had was after adding the mop pad to the vacuum. The vacuum gets stuck on thick carpets.

Works pretty well, but……..
I have never owned a robot vacuum and never intended on getting one, but the price point caught my eye and made me a little wary as well, since it is marked far below what brand-name robot vacuums go for. I figured for the price, it would be interesting to give it a go. I have been fiddling with this thing for over a week now and here are my thoughts.PROS:*It does vacuum the house*It maps the house fairly well*The mop function works OK*Easy to take out the receptacle to empty it*When it’s done cleaning it goes back to the charging base to re-chargeCONS:*The dirt receptacle is fairly small and fills before the house is finished*The battery drains quickly and it can’t finish the house before it has to re-charge (smaller living spaces probably won’t experience this problem)*The quick start card states you can enable a smart scheduling feature so that it will vacuum the house automatically, except I have not yet found how to do that despite exploring every bit of the app to find that functionTHE BIGGEST CON:*Incomplete and confusing instructions!!!!!!! In fact, the instructions are so bad that reading them leaves you with more questions than answers. Finding help in the app is not intuitive and I had to tap on every option I could see in order to find them. When I finally did find the FAQ’s, the questions were oddly worded (I’m sure this has to do with poor translation from Chinese to English) and the answers were woefully incomplete. As an example, an answer will tell you you CAN do something but then it won’t tell you HOW.There is an AI chatbot if you can’t find the answer in the FAQ’S but the chatbot is terrible. It doesn’t even come close to answering a question you pose to it. There is an option to send inquiries via email but I sent an inquiry a week ago with no answer yet.Because of the poor instructions, I spent a week messing around with it. Hey, I’m retired, I have the time. But I pity the poor family that gets this to make life easier and save some time. They wouldn’t have the time or patience to become a robot vacuum detective. In a lot of ways, it’s just easier to use a regular vacuum and be done with it. As part of my detective work, I found that if you use the option to tell the vacuum in what order the rooms should be cleaned, that then you are not able to use the selection cleaning and zone cleaning functions. You know how long it took me to figure this out?! Do the instructions tell you this? They do not. I also had a devil of a time figuring out how to get the thing to map the whole house if there are stairs involved. It will not go off the edge of things, so when it gets to stairs, it turns itself around. I finally discovered that when I see it approaching an edge, I can lift it up and put it down the stairs and it will finish mapping that area. But you have to watch it during initial cleaning and mapping to make sure it’s aware there’s a lower or upper floor.Apparently, you can have it sweep AND mop (according to a function on the app), but that doesn’t make sense because the vacuum will not sweep when the mopping attachment is on it. I’d love to start it up, have it vacuum the kitchen floor and then mop it without me having to babysit it, but that’s not possible. I’d also love to set up automatic weekly cleaning on a schedule, but I have YET to figure out how to do that.This vacuum would probably have gotten 4 stars at the most if the instructions weren’t so incomplete, random and cryptic. A more timely response to the feedback I sent would have improved things too. The bottom line I think is that these types of vacuums are supposed to free you up so you can do other things. But if you have to spend a week just figuring out how it works, and then having to babysit it when it IS working, then it just defeats the purpose of convenience. This is a promising little machine, but at the very least, this company needs a tech writer that is proficient in Chinese-to-English translation and can write thorough, intuitive instructions.

Good product
I haven’t yet set the room mapping, however it comes all put together, the instructions are easy to read. Love that it talks to you telling you what it is doing. Finds its way back to the base. Does a great job sweeping up and the extended brushes get into the corners. I am so happy with this item and glad i got it!

Affordable and Efficient Robot Vacuum and Mop for Everyday Cleaning
Iâve been using this robot vacuum and mop combo for a while now, and overall, it does a good job at cleaning. The suction power is strong, and it handles both vacuuming and mopping well. It maps rooms accurately and is easy to set up with clear instructions. The app is user-friendly, and linking it to Alexa was simple. Itâs also well-priced for the features it offers.That said, the receptacle is quite small, so I have to empty it often. It also tends to get stuck on small items, so the floor needs to be free of clutter for it to work properly. The battery life isnât very long, but itâs enough to clean a small 12′ x 12′ room thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, itâs been a helpful and cost-effective addition to my cleaning routine.

For under 150$ I am very impressed. Setup is easy, it’s not too loud, the mapping seems to work really well. Also if you have cats they might have a fun time being annoyed by this thing.This is being used on hardwood floors with a couple low rugs. No problems with them at all.
