This robovac does exactly what it says. Its great for everyday maintenance. The lidar system is amazing but the vacuum sometimes gets confused as to where its charging dock is. It takes a few minutes to get to it even though the dock is a few feet away.It really has cut my cleaning time in half due to the robovac taking care of the floors. Sometimes a few tiny things are left behind but they are barely noticeable. That isn’t a huge deal for me because I feel if I cleaned my floors then I would leave more things behind. It also doesn’t get too deep into corners and edges. Again, it still does a decent job overall. I think you would still have to deep clean once or twice a month which is still a lot better than manually sweeping each or every other day.So far it has really made my life a lot easier.

I purchased this robot vacuum from Amazon a year ago, and it’s been a lifesaver! It does a fantastic job of keeping my floors clean, especially with pet hair. The suction power is impressive, and it navigates my home efficiently.Recently, I contacted Lubluelu about a warranty issue, and they were incredibly helpful. Update: after 7 months.The brushroll was not spinning anymore. I contacted the company and I did get a whole new one for free!!! You can contact them via amazon chat. They give you the emailaddress of the company. I don’t know if I did make it brake. Because it said roller brush stuck. I found a video on how to open the motor and make it work again. But later I saw on google that it could be the front wheel that swivels. I opened that and there was many dust stuck. So, maybe that was the problem. And I did something wrong with opening the vacuum. I’m still so happy with the robot vacuum. It’s such a good one for the priceUpdate: after 3 months. The robot vacuum is still working very good. I had that the robot vacuum had an issue that the sensor was stuck. I cleaned everything but still the same issue. I did remove the top cover glass plate. It is sticking with double sided tape. I did put knifes everywhere around it and was able to lift it up. It wasn’t working without knifes because it sticked again where you just put it up. I removed the plastic part by just click it out and then unscrew the 2 parts under it. And then there was a hairbrush pin in it. How it came there??? I screwed everything back. Did remove some of the sticking tape. If I had the issue again it’s easier to remove the glass plate. After that the vacuum worked without issue again.I have a miele canister vacuum. And you know that’s the best vacuum there is. And I vacuumed with my miele and after that this robot vacuum vacuumed there was still a lot of dust and hair in it. I thought first the mopping function was nothing But when I let it mop, the cloth was very dirty as you see in the picture. I had lots of trouble with the mapping. First you have to go to cleaning mode then put on quick cleaning. Then go back and start smart cleaning. It spins first a while and goes back and forth and then it goes along the edges and starts mapping. Save the map when your are done. Otherwise if you have more floors the map is gone. The app says start global cleaning but it has to be smart cleaning.

Didnât last long
I did not use it often, but here we are a few months later and itâs completely inoperable. Prior to it completely dying, my map scans would randomly disappear or be completely off. I would have to always redo the map before using it to target clean rooms. Was not worth the money spent

AMAZING!
Be influenced by this review! I am not a review writer. I have had an offbrand Roomba for years prior to buying this. I was never super excited about it, but it did OK. I have been getting hives every day so I decided I need to get on top of my health, including my need to daily vacuum. So I took a chance on this thing. Let me tell you, it was well worth it! This thing is a workhorse! Definitely 100% the best purchase I made in 2024.

Stopped mopping update
After only 3 months the pump failed and it stopped moppingUPDATELubluelu reached out and replaced the water reservoir unit and the vacuum is now mopping as it should. You could buy the top of the range product and it could break down, itâs how the supplier deals with it that makes the difference. This company got it right.The vacuum and mop work great on our stone floor. Our son did all the programming for us and it goes where it should and not where it shouldnât.The unit has a lot of suction. On our stone floors it is a little loud, but when it goes over the rugs the noise drops, we have pets and it seems to keep up with the fur and dust well.
