Doesnât get stuck
Love my Lulublue. I have two different brand robots and the Lulublue almost always finishes its scheduled job. Sometimes it loses its internet connection and must be re synced but other than that it does what itâs supposed to do. Iâm not happy with the mopping feature. I feel like I get a better clean using a mop, but thatâs not a deal breaker for me. Itâs easy to program and set up zones and no entry areas.

After only 3 months the pump failed and it stopped moppingUPDATELubluelu reached out and replaced the water reservoir unit and the vacuum is now mopping as it should. You could buy the top of the range product and it could break down, itâs how the supplier deals with it that makes the difference. This company got it right.The vacuum and mop work great on our stone floor. Our son did all the programming for us and it goes where it should and not where it shouldnât.The unit has a lot of suction. On our stone floors it is a little loud, but when it goes over the rugs the noise drops, we have pets and it seems to keep up with the fur and dust well.

The first 6 weeks we had this vacuum it worked fine, it mapped the house well and picked up more stuff than we were expecting. The mopping feature isnât great, it doesnât really scrub, just drags a wet pad around but the vacuum feature functioned well. Until about 6 weeks after we had it when it quit connecting to the internet. After resetting the router and the vacuum itself several times it finally reconnected, but then kept giving the message that there was something wrong with the lidar (radar). The only way to look for a foreign object in the radar is to take the entire GLASS top off, which is secured down with the strongest double sided foam tape Iâve ever seen. Needless to say, the top piece shattered. We were finally able to access the radar housing, and there was indeed a small piece of cardboard stuck in it. So that is fixed, but we obviously canât replace the top cover so several other openings in the top of the vacuum are exposed so itâs a matter of time before something else gets stuck. Weâre going to see if the vacuum continues to work, but this design flaw is ridiculous and we will not be buying this kind of product againI am editing my review to add that I had been very excited to get this vacuumed, then thrilled with how it worked, then disappointed that things went so wrong so quickly. However, after reaching out to their customer service department about it they ended up sending us a new unit. So I am very happy with the customer service, when the vacuum works it works well for keeping day to day dirt and hair picked up, but I am still a little concerned that weâll end up with something stuck in the radar again just because of the body design. Iâve changed my rating of 3 stars to 4 stars

Very impressed!
Our standard vacuum was past its prime so I thought I would give the robot vac a try. The first one we ordered was a joke, every time we came home it was stuck under something and had no strategy to where it was vacuuming. I returned it and thought I would do a bit more homework and try one more time. I was blown away by how well this machine was designed and how sleek it looks in the home. I put it right to work mapping our house and it is really cool how it knows to break up the rooms by zones. It sucked up large tufts of dog hair under hard to reach areas no problem. I started it at 50% battery which was about 45 mins (it was able to fully map our main house and fully clean one room) it had no trouble finding its home or refiguring its location after i picked it up and moved it from the den when it got stuck on a small step. I was shocked it had a completely full bin after that sweep. We typically vacuum 2-3 times a week due to our dogs and it was shocking how bad our previous vacuum was. SO MUCH DIRT! After it fully charged I ran another full cycle and it picked up another bins worth. I could see the bin size being a problem if you have a large house or donât run it often but we plan on running it daily. Havent even used the mop function but I will be telling everyone i know to get this bad boy.

Be influenced by this review! I am not a review writer. I have had an offbrand Roomba for years prior to buying this. I was never super excited about it, but it did OK. I have been getting hives every day so I decided I need to get on top of my health, including my need to daily vacuum. So I took a chance on this thing. Let me tell you, it was well worth it! This thing is a workhorse! Definitely 100% the best purchase I made in 2024.

I did not use it often, but here we are a few months later and itâs completely inoperable. Prior to it completely dying, my map scans would randomly disappear or be completely off. I would have to always redo the map before using it to target clean rooms. Was not worth the money spent

Update: after 7 months.The brushroll was not spinning anymore. I contacted the company and I did get a whole new one for free!!! You can contact them via amazon chat. They give you the emailaddress of the company. I don’t know if I did make it brake. Because it said roller brush stuck. I found a video on how to open the motor and make it work again. But later I saw on google that it could be the front wheel that swivels. I opened that and there was many dust stuck. So, maybe that was the problem. And I did something wrong with opening the vacuum. I’m still so happy with the robot vacuum. It’s such a good one for the priceUpdate: after 3 months. The robot vacuum is still working very good. I had that the robot vacuum had an issue that the sensor was stuck. I cleaned everything but still the same issue. I did remove the top cover glass plate. It is sticking with double sided tape. I did put knifes everywhere around it and was able to lift it up. It wasn’t working without knifes because it sticked again where you just put it up. I removed the plastic part by just click it out and then unscrew the 2 parts under it. And then there was a hairbrush pin in it. How it came there??? I screwed everything back. Did remove some of the sticking tape. If I had the issue again it’s easier to remove the glass plate. After that the vacuum worked without issue again.I have a miele canister vacuum. And you know that’s the best vacuum there is. And I vacuumed with my miele and after that this robot vacuum vacuumed there was still a lot of dust and hair in it. I thought first the mopping function was nothing But when I let it mop, the cloth was very dirty as you see in the picture. I had lots of trouble with the mapping. First you have to go to cleaning mode then put on quick cleaning. Then go back and start smart cleaning. It spins first a while and goes back and forth and then it goes along the edges and starts mapping. Save the map when your are done. Otherwise if you have more floors the map is gone. The app says start global cleaning but it has to be smart cleaning.

This robovac does exactly what it says. Its great for everyday maintenance. The lidar system is amazing but the vacuum sometimes gets confused as to where its charging dock is. It takes a few minutes to get to it even though the dock is a few feet away.It really has cut my cleaning time in half due to the robovac taking care of the floors. Sometimes a few tiny things are left behind but they are barely noticeable. That isn’t a huge deal for me because I feel if I cleaned my floors then I would leave more things behind. It also doesn’t get too deep into corners and edges. Again, it still does a decent job overall. I think you would still have to deep clean once or twice a month which is still a lot better than manually sweeping each or every other day.So far it has really made my life a lot easier.
