*** Update: shortly after submitting my review, the seller reached out to me. They ( one via phone other digitally) were eager to provide me with a different experience. Though i had already rtuened the product to amazon for a refund, they replaced the unot at no cost to me. I do appreciate the well execued effortit was shipped next day. Thank you Lulublue*** The product itself is great. It does suck… lol – Suction is great on this thing. I have three dogs and was impressed with the cleaning, particularly on carpets. I noticed some issues, that seemed to resolve themselves. 3 Days after receiving it, I got an error message. The device was offline. No user manual was included. I had to research, with little luck ( happened to come across a YouTube that had limited information). I tried replacing it through Amazon. But it was not an option. The reason for the low scoring is not because of the product itself, or the company’s customer service. But rather, the process they follow for troubleshooting and or replacing the device. ( I’ve had it 3 days) When calling their toll-free number, the call disconnected 3 times before getting a live agent (a very nice and patient gentleman) but during the conversation, I was advised I would need to wait anywhere from 24-48 hours to be contacted by a different department for instructions and to determine if the product would be replaced. I was asked for my number in the event the call dropped, which it did. No callback. Very disappointed by their process. I’ve since decided to return it to amazon and go with a different product due to the support process of the company..

Gets the job done!
I was looking for a 3 in 1vacuum/sweep/mop robot. This robot is very well made and seems more substantial than most cleaning robots. The sweeping “beater bar” has many more bristles than any other I have seen and is very sturdy. It “learns” quickly and does a really good job picking up dirt. The mopping function works well too. One of the best features is it TALKS! It will let you know if it has something stuck in the beater bar, and will call out if it’s vacuuming, sweeping or mopping. I feel after using it several times it’s the best performance of any robots I’ve tried and really, really like it.That being said, the negative. Though the design looks great, the elevated middle makes it so it doesn’t go under as much furniture which is a dealbreaker for me. (I’ve already put nearly all my furniture on risers to accommodate a robot). It doesn’t come with a remote. I thought this would be a problem as I don’t have WiFi, but the robot “senses” clean or mop mode.If I had different furniture and WiFi, this model would definitely be my first choice.

Uneven performance
I recently purchased this smart mopping robot, and while it has some useful features, I feel there’s room for improvement. The main issue I encountered is with the mopping pattern. The way it moves and mops doesn’t provide an even clean in certain areas, which was a bit disappointing. I had higher expectations based on the reviews and the advertised power, but when it comes to mopping, it doesn’t fully meet my expectations.On the positive side, the installation and setup with Alexa were very quick and easy. The instructions were clear, making it beginner-friendly, and it’s convenient to use voice commands or set it on a schedule. However, despite the ease of use, I believe its functional performance could be improved.

Disappointed!!!
It’s a nice looking robot but it’s sucks ! I BOUGHT 2 . And I’m done giving them a try ! Had them for 3 weeks only … Keep getting an error . Has no Manual whatsoever! I had really high hopes for this device , reason why I bought 2! BUT IM SO DISAPPOINTED!

I have been using a robotic vacuum for almost 20 years. I have used many different brands of vacuums. Over the years these have progressed from vacuums that just moved randomly to mapping vacuums like this one.I needed a vacuum that I wanted to keep on my upper floor. I was intrigued by this vacuum that boasted a lot of features but also was at an amazing price. I have owned robotic vacuums that sell for over $2000 and was really curious how a vacuum that is less than $200 (with a $70 coupon at the time of this review) would work.The vacuum arrived very well packaged. It comes with the vacuum, a mopping pad, a cleaning tool, an extra filter, a docking station, an extra side brush, and a power cord. There is also an amazing quick-start poster included that is very easy to read and a great addition. A user manual is also included.The vacuum uses the SMART LIFE app which I already had installed on my phone. This is a very popular app and I have several smart devices already connected to the app. I just had to put the vacuum into pairing mode and click on “add device,” and I was able to find and add the vacuum.The vacuum charges in the docking station. You need to place this in the area where you will be using the vacuum the most.Once everything is charged and set up all you need to do is to click on “smart clean” on the app and “run” and the vacuum begins to map the room and clean. The first time you clean it takes longer since the vacuum maps the room. You can see this on the app.My first use of the vacuum was in a hallway leading to some steps. I wanted to test how well it maps, cleans, and avoids falling at steps. I have attached a video showing this.I was very pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum did everything!If you look at the last picture it is the dirt that was in the dust bin. It was full!!! I had vacuumed with a regular vacuum not too long ago and this still got a lot of dirt and debris.It is very easy to empty the dustbin and clean the filter.There are other modes you can use to vacuum specific areas and rooms but you need to do the smart clean first to create a map.You can also set up areas to avoid.The mopping feature works okay for small areas. There are no spinning mops but it just drags along a pad that is moistened with the water from the water tank in the robot. For me, this is a feature I will rarely use since my home is almost entirely carpeted.I was able to run the vacuum for more than 2 hours before it needed to be recharged.I am pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum works. It has far exceeded my expectations. The price is amazing for a robotic vacuum with so many features.This makes a great first robotic vacuum for anyone wanting to get into robotic cleaning. It is simple to use, works great, and has an amazing price. It does everything you would expect from a vacuum.I do recommend this vacuum and easily give it 5 stars.

We already own the earlier version SL60 model which has been excellent value for money. In recent times, we decided that we needed a cleaner that have a bit more suction power so we purchased the SL68 model. Now we have both with the SL68 preferred for the carpets and the SL60 looking after the cleaning of floor tiles.These are certainly far less expensive than many or the brands available but they do a good job and we are more than happy with both of them.

Ich liebe die Kartenerstellung – die genaue Bearbeitung mit virtuellen Wänden & No-Go-Zonen.Vorallem das man auch nochmal auswählen kann zwischen nur kein wischen oder kein wischen & saugen, was für Teppiche sehr praktisch ist.Das man eine Reihenfolge zum Reinigen der Räume & individuelle Raumeinstellungen vornehmen kann ist ebenso top.Der Staubsaugerroboter ist durchaus intelligent & arbeitet mit System, wenn auch nicht ganz perfekt.Die auswählbaren Reinigungsmodi & verschiedenen wählbaren Leistungen in Saugen & Wischen sind auch super Klasse.Die Akkulaufzeit ist auch toll & er lädt schnell wieder auf.Die verschiedenen Sprachauswahlen, Lautstärkeanpassung, Gerät finden Option, Nicht-Stören-Modus & genaue Reinigungsplanerstellung sind auch Klasse. Genauso das man ihn über Alexa oder Gemini sprachsteuern kann…Die deutsche Sprache sollte in der App aber nochmal nachgebessert werden, bei manchen versteht man die Funktionen so nicht richtig.Für das alles ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich top…Das wischen (wenn auch nur mit Wasser allein) funktioniert auch super & grundsätzlich wäre ich mit dem Staubsaugerroboter hier auch echt mega happy….ABER leider ist die Reinigungseffizienz beim staubsaugen durch das nur auf einer Seite kehren doch sehr eingeschränkt….So bleibt leider immer noch was liegen, vorallem in den Ecken….So das ich mindestens 2 Durchgänge brauche um zufrieden zu sein & das schafft der Staubsaugerroboter halt nicht in einem Stück bei meiner 55 qm Wohnung bei starker Saugleistung…Das stört mich leider sehr & empfinde ich als wichtigste Funktion weshalb ich nun doch lieber das Vorgängermodell SL60D testen werde weil dieses eben 2 Kehrmaschinen besitzt… Auch wenn sonst leider einige Einbußen zu diesem Modell hier zu verzeichnen sind :/Ich frage mich wirklich warum die Hersteller nur 1 Kehrding an dieses Modell gemacht haben… :(Ich würde mir wirklich wünschen das das geändert werden würde…
