Update #2: While I was pleased to announce that I was immediately sent a new vacuum and when I tested it it worked. The company was really great in that regard. However, there must be something internally faulty in these devices that shuts them off after a several second run time. In the video I posted below I show how everytime I used mine it would shut off no matter what. The new one worked a few times and now does the exact same thing. It’s the same exact problem on a completely different device. I don’t like share these things but it’s really disappointing to count on something for a purpose and never be able to complete the task.Update: I am pleased to report that a customer service representative contacted me about my issue that I had with my device and they sent me a new one. I had received a faulty unit and the new device works perfectly. They were right on top of it and made everything right. I am so happy to report this! Thanks again. AAA++++. ðððSo, I really was looking forward to giving a good review but I just cant. I did not reach out to the company by an early enough date to be able to dispute any issues . I have been staying somewhere other than my home where I have not needed to vacuum. I looked everywhere on the company page for an option to contact customer service in order to get a working hand-vac or a reimbursement, without any luck. The attachment that is included for reaching into small spaces also does not stay attached. Maybe I just got a faulty unit and you will have better luck.P.S. Customer service, please contact me if you would be willing to give me a replacement.

Nice design, poor functionality
I was initially attracted to the sleek design of this vacuum and thought it would be good for my home and car. Unfortunately, the actual performance has been really disappointing. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the filter placement; it’s so tightly fitted that when I attempt to remove it for cleaning, half of the debris falls back out.Additionally, the suction power is far from what I expected. It struggles to pick up even tiny grains, making it ineffective for thorough cleaning. The overall implementation of what seemed like a good design is just awful, leading to a frustrating experience every time I use it. It’s a real letdown considering its potential.

Should be a 5 star
Very good suction power stronger than the other 2 I had previously. Only issue I have is with the attachments fall out easily, especially the extension tube.

Disappointed
The suction power was not at all what I had expected from such a quality brand that I have spent well over $1000 on in the past year. Iâve come to have certain expectations because, until now, LISEN has met my expectations & more, every time! I canât say that about any brand except for maybe two or three so thatâs actually saying a lot for the brand I bought a much cheaper vacuum originally and ended up keeping that one. It had many more extensions that have come in very useful and the fact that I have a dog and use it for my vehicle , it wouldâve been nice if it actually came with a power cord and plug like every LISTEN product that Iâve purchased, besides this one. I paid quite a bit more for this product because of the name & I still very much believe in the quality of this brand I just think they got it wrong with this vacuum. I think a hard carrying case is not too much to ask either. It came with a bag a nice one but a hard caring case for a small vacuum, which people typically need the attachments power cord and such to stay together, typically. It makes sense to have a hard carrying case.

You NEED this vacuum
This vacuum is small, but MIGHTY!! The battery life will last you your whole car and then some.This little gem also is a great tool to have around your home office for crumbs that get in the keyboard or other clean quick cleanups that come about on a daily basis. With its attachments snug fit, it will reach any place and suck up just about anything. The hose attachment, especially, is the best Iâve seen on any car vacuum as it maintains its suction and is able to maneuver with the piece in place. All in all Iâd say this vacuum is a must have for anybody on the go or working from home that wants to keep their area tidy!!

Hard to hold, dificult to open & close dust compartment.
In addition to being too big to hold easily, the compartment to empty the duct is very hard to open and shut. Doesn’t twist easily. The attachments fall off easily. However, the suction is good.

Great vacuum for the car!
This is a great vacuum for the car. If you have kids, your car will tend to be messy.Pros: – Comes with lots of attachments that will help you clean small crevices inside your car where all the crumbs/chips get stuck. – It also comes with an extra HEPA filter which is great. – It charges via USB-C which everyone should be having these days when charging your phone. – Easy to empty trash binCons: – Slightly a little bigger than some other vacuums, but it’s not much bigger. Responsive Customer Service
I usually love LISEN products, but this handheld vacuum had some issues like overheating and weak suction. However, after contacting LISEN, they promptly offered a full refund. I appreciate how they resolved my issue and ensured I was satisfied as a customer. Their excellent customer service made a big difference. While this vacuum didnât work for me, Iâm thankful for their support and will continue to use their other products.
