Love this vacuum!!!
I researched stick vacuums like a crazy woman, itâs just how I am LOL! I found a guy who does deep reviews on YouTube and this was top 3 right behind the Dyson. I never liked my Dyson as it was too loud, heavy and you have to hold the button down. This one is way light, quiet and no holding button down. Itâs super easy to empty too. I find myself not even using my expensive roomba anymore cuz this is just so much easier, quieter and fun. Pro tip: buy an extra battery and just always have it charging. That way you can switch it out as needed. I have a smaller place (1800 sq ft) so I can get it all done on one charge (on turbo too!) but if itâs bigger youâll need to swap out the battery which isnât a big deal. I love that it comes with a stand too. Itâs so slim and attractive I have it up in the living room and itâs not unsightly at all. In fact my best friend came in and was like âooh!â and picked it up remarking how light it is. She bought one that same night!

Initially excited but it didnât take long to be disappointed
The only part of the vacuum I like is the stand. The batteries do not last long and instead of it being constant when the battery runs low or have the battery icon flash the vacuum switches between high and low. I have never experienced a battery operated vacuum do something like this. Plus in order for it to work on carpet you have to put it on high and then hope that it does a good job. Someone recommended it to me as an awesome vacuum but in reality is falls way short of expectations.

Works nice
It took us 2 tries before we got a new one. First was obviously used. It was jambed back in the box any ol which way. Didn’t even take it out. Just returned it. Haven’t been notified of refund yet which is troubling.I like the stand and the replaceable battery.It really sucks :)We have all hardwood floors and it seems to pick up everything without chasing it around

Great Vacuum
I love this vacuum, it is lightweight but has a strong suction. It is easy to operate and easy to empty. Wonderful product, I highly recommend.

Works well on hardwood, tile and carpet.
Light, easy to handle and great to use in quick and daily clean up- especially with dog/animal hair. Very happy with purchase. Time will tell on durability.

Works for awhile
Battery last maybe 10 minutes and takes hours to charge. We have a Labrador that sheds a lot and his hair clogs this vacuum very easily. I wonât buy another one for sure.

Trash
This vacuum worked fine, for 3 months, then the brush stopped spinning. We did all the things recommended to fix it and itâs still not spinning. The âwindow for returnâ has passed and no one in town will work on an LG, so in the trash it goes.
