Customer Service was Prompt
We own (2) of these vacuums and unfortunately (1) of them stopped charging. Customer Service was able to walk us through the troubleshooting process and decided to replace the the unit under warranty. They even offered to provide an extra dust pan and (2) extra HEPA filters for the inconvience. I would recommend this vacuum as it performs well and is backed by great customer service.

good vacuum, great customer service
Iâve had the robot for about a year, before my year mark I bought a second one as I loved it so much. This saves me so much time and keeps my home clean. I have two kids and three dogs and with my robots I set scheduled cleaning and forget about it. Unfortunately one of my robots lost suction, I got rapid and great assistance from their customer service team who is assisting me in replacing my broken robot.

No. Just donât. No.
Crap. Itâs crap. Doesnât work well. And gets stuck under furniture âits slim designâ. It constantly wants to go back and go underneath my sofa. Thereâs no dust under the sofa. Itâs vacuumed it three times. The rest of the house however does not go in the right direction. Pain in the butt. Must be recharged and emptied constantly to function even slightly correct. The map mechanism does not work at all other than smearing stuff on the floor.

The BEST vacuum yet
I love EVERYTHING about this vacuum. No obnoxious voice. It doesn’t get stuck under anything. Great battery life. It is going all over my house for over an hr. Suction is amazing and no brush to have tangled hair in.I highly recommend this vacuum. I’ve had several and returned them all. Not this one.

Pretty good for a year
I love this brand and this is the second robo vac Iâve purchased from them. The mop feature wasnât all I hoped it would be, so I let that go pretty quickly and just used it to vac and mopped on my own. Iâve had this one for about a year- the replacement filters and sweepy parts have proved difficult to find the right size/parts. I just went to run the vac while I left the house, and found it was dead. I turned it over to check and brushed off the silver charging components and one just fell inside the machine. Obviously, this is a critical injury for Elle (my vacuums name). Iâve called the company for help but for the past year this vacuum has been a complete blessing! I have pets and a busy house, so itâs been great to have some extra help cleaning up. It still doesnât do as good a job as manual vacuuming, but itâs great. My previous vac lasted well over 2 years, so Iâm hopeful this is easily solved or thereâs a fix. Iâll update with the resolution!

Good Vac
I received this as a gift. So far it has performed well keeping my kitchen and dining area tidy. I had a bit of a challenge connecting it to my WIFI through the app but finally got it to work. The Swiffer-type attachment/pad does not work very well, so don’t buy it specifically for that feature. With the app, I was able to set a time/day routine and determine the cleaning pattern of the vacuum. My biggest issue is that it cannot discern stairs which I have plenty of, so to use it, I have to install baby gates or other blockades to prevent it tumbling down a flight of stairs.

Works!
I got this after another brand one died after several years. It works well picking up dog hair from a hardwood floor. I like the fact that it does not have a rolling brush. It is a direct path for the dirt and hair to the holding bin. Nothing for the hair to get stuck on.Runs a long time. Is smaller then most but has two spinning side brushes.I can’t comment on the App. Don’t use it and don’t need it.

I live alone in a roughly 800 square foot house and have an indoor cat. I’ve had this less than a week but it’s been perfect so far. The robot does my whole house in about an hour. It takes a long time to navigate it’s way back to it’s charging station but gets there eventually. If I’m home when it ends it’s cycle, I just pick it up and carry close to its charging station and let it finish the docking on its own.It has great suction…picking up not only dust and lint but things like crumbs, silocone cat litter, the odd sunflower seed shell, and so on. The spinning side brushes are a great idea as they can reach areas (such as under my kitchen cupboard doors) and sweep debris to where the vacuum can get at it.The app was simple to download, set up, and use. Multiple cleaning times can be input and easily changed or deleted. The waste bin is easily accessible, removable, and emptied. It’s best to move shoes, slippers, dining room chairs, waste baskets and such off the floor so avoid confusing the robot when it bumps into them and preventing clean-up of the entire area.If this product continues to perform as it has, I would highly recommend it.

Im a bit on the fence so far, maybe it’s because of the way our apartment is setup, maybe it’s a bit cluttered and it doesn’t help, but the robot seems to get stuck often (cords, little passageways it can go in at first but has a lot of trouble getting out of, etc). Collision detection could be a bit more sensitive as it tries to go the same way sometimes even if it blocks, and it can push ajar doors, shoes, things like that without stopping. The circular movement to go around chair is nice, but it is stays on too long before the machine adjusts its route.Never has it been able to find its way back to the charging dock by itself so far.Vaccuming shoots a lot of air around, so pet hair often go tumbling around rather than be vaccumed. All that said, the vaccuum and mop functions are great, it does save a lot of time and effort in most rooms, cleaning the machine is easy and quite effortless, it’s also fun to see the animals interact with it. It is very responsive and I havent had connectivity issues like some other people had (not yet anyway).4/5

I’ve had mine for 2 days now. Haven’t used the wash option yet or a remote. I did get the app and it works well. Simple to use. In box instructions are easy to understand. It slows down before getting close to an object. Can get itself out from underneath a standard dining chair. Suction is what I would expect, picks up dirt and such pretty good. I have a low pile carpet (one of the larger area rugs you can get at walmart). As long as the edges aren’t turned up, it can get on the carpet easily. It picks up surface stuff off the carpet. You would still need to use an upright vacuum on it to get deeper once a week, but it’s good for weekday touch ups. Hair does wrap around the brushes, but just snip it off with scissors when you empty the bin inside.Full battery lasts about 90-120 min of constant use on Smart mode. Can find its base ok, and is quiet. For $200(on sale), it works great and helps take 1 thing off the to do list. Would recommend

*NEW UPDATED*After contacting the costumer service, they informed me my original robot has a battery issue, and provided me a new one. Hoping this new one will last more that 7 months…*UPDATE AFTER 7 MONTHS OF USE*Iâve been using it for 7 months and now, after fully charged, it cleans for only 25 minutes max, and the battery runs out.I just contacted the costume service – will update it after hearing from them.So far, if you want a vacuum that works for more than half a year, I do not recommend it.*ORIGINAL*I got this robot as a replacement for an old one – so I already had some knowledge about these appliances.I find the vacuum part good overall, but not the mopping.Pros: It has a high suction power, and when I turn it on, it cleans for around 1 hour before going back to the charging station. I’m using the arranged feature, and even tough is not perfect, it does a great job in cleaning the whole place, missing not many spots. It’s very easy to clean, specially because it has no brushes – so you basically need to empty the container. I have no pets and, because of that, I only need to empty it every 2 weeks. The app is good – if was easy to connect and works fine. You can see the area the robot cleaned, program schedule cleaning and change the mode. The robot is really good to do not get stuck on things. When it fins something like a wire or flipflop, it normally turns off the suction and goes a bit back to release it.It’s small and kind of thin, so it can navigates easily trough the house.Pretty silent (there’s even a silent mode that you can select, which makes it even more quiet).Cons: The mopping is not good. It is a small cloth that you attach to the robot after making it wet and adding some cleaning product – but it dries super fast, after 2 minutes, and then the robot goes on cleaning but the mopping does not work anymore, since it’s dry. I’ve found 2 solutions for that: i) adding some cleaning product direct on the floor in some spots, so when the robot gets there, it wets the cloth; ii) using this function when I’m home, so I can wet the cloth every 15 minutes to make sure it’s actually cleaning.Another bad part is the absence of a remote control. There only ONE bottom in the robot, to turn it on and off. Everything else you need to do, you need to get your cellphone and use the app. So if something fell and you want the robot to do a spot cleaning, you need your cellphone to program it. That’s really annoying and a simple remote or a couple more bottoms would solve it.Also, the sensor is good but not perfect. Sometimes the robot hits and even drops somethings (happened with a guitar and a plant) – but most of the time it can actually avoid.I still don’t understand but sometimes, after turning on, is cleans 1/2 of the house and goes back to charge (even tough is would have more battery to go on)…

I usually like to wait a half a year at least before reviewing something, especially on electronics like this. But I think Iâve pretty much figured out everything I need, to do a complete review. So on to that.I bought this product back in November when there was a half price sale going on, so I figured why not buy 2? Iâm happy I did as I soon discovered the vacuum will not climb up or jump off the half inch ledge going into my bedroom. So, I use one in the main area and 1 in the bedroom. Occasionally though, If company’s been over or lots of traffic though our house, Iâll start one on one side of the main and start the other on the other side, ensuring a good deep sweep when they are done.Setting up the app on Android was a breeze. The vacuum has 3 settings for suction including soft and quiet, medium and power mode with power being the loudest and using most battery. Soft is very low in terms of noise and I have slept right through its cleaning cycle. But I tend to be a deep sleeper. One thing I noticed about this product right away, It’s not the best on carpets. Especially shag for 2 reasons which I will go into. The first being that if its top surface dirt and debris, its fairly ok. But anything embedded gets missed. The next problem is, the spin bristles get tangled up in the carpet causing the machine to just give up and shut off. They are a pain to detangle from the carpet after and you usually end up breaking the bristles. The embedded debris issue is the same with entrance, hallway or bathroom carpets as well. However, if your only trying to get top dirt, this vacuum works fine.On tile or wood though, I think you will be exceptionally happy with this little unit, with corners being my only complaint. A bonus is, it fits under my couch perfectly and I don’t find dust bunnies or hair under there anymore!Battery life hasn’t let me down. The main is around 700sf and the main vacuum battery life on medium power covers it fine with about 35-40% remaining.I have not used the mop feature. I tried once but realized I have too many throw rugs down making the mop feature a bit useless. All in all, I’m quite happy to use this as a main vacuum. The time savings alone during the week in floor vacuuming, makes this unit totally worth it to me. But not ready to toss our old vacuum out yet, as I use it on the weekends to give the throws a good beating and clean with the power brush.Helpful Tips:Try to keep needless obstacles off the floor. The vacuum has to spend a lot of time, but more importantly battery life, trying to navigate around them. Keeping things off the floor will help extend battery life. When you empty the canister, remember to flip the vacuum over and clean the brushes as well, especially if you have someone in the house with long hair. My picture is 2 weeks of hair that was tangled in the spin brushes.Velcro your smaller / lighter throw rugs to the floor. When you do, use the Loop on the floor and Hook on your carpets. The reason this is important is because if you do use the mop pads and have hook on the floor, its gets caught on the mop pads where it just glides over the fuzzy loop. The reason I suggest Velcroing them down is because the vacuum just pushes them around if there not heavy or anchored. If you use carpet tape instead, you can no longer toss those carpets in the wash without having to retape them every time.If you find your vacuum missing an area, try facing the charging base a different way. In my room, the vacuum kept missing the right side of the bed. I put the charge base on a different wall, and it gets the right side all the time now.Remember to empty the collection canister. It’s easy to forget sometimes.REMOVE ALL CORDS!!!!! The vacuum seems to have no issues finding any cords left out and tangles very quickly. Especially smaller thin cords like speaker wire and cell phone charge cables. If you find your bristles getting caught up in the carpets all the time, you can try something I did and it seems to be working great. Light a candle. Dip the ends of the bristles in the wax being careful not to burn them. Press the bristle ends together and let cool. Caution as the wax might be hot. Try using the spin brushes again. You can also try hot glue. With the ends glued together, now 3 solid end brushes instead of 50 X 3 loose ones, I find my carpet tangle up rate reduced by almost 95%.If someone were to inquire about purchasing this product, I’d inquire about the predominant flooring type in their home. If they mentioned carpet, I’d likely advise against it. However, if they mentioned hardwood or other hard surfaces, I’d certainly recommend it.I plan to update my review with any new information at the one-year mark. I hope this assists you in your purchase decision and that the tips help in getting the most of your robot vacuum.
