Great Customer Service
The vacuum works okay. Seems to pick up all the pet hair and dust. However, it does not have a way to set boundaries to keep it away from areas you don’t want it to be like behind furniture where there are wires and cords, etc. The last vacuum we had, I had a magnet of strips, we could put down and it would hit it and keep it away. That option’s not available with this one. Also, we have used it for about a week now and about the 5 times we’ve used it, 3 of them, it didn’t make its way back to home base, it was somewhere else in the room and we have an open floor plan. We don’t have the sectioned off room, so it should be able to find the base pretty easily but it doesn’t seem to always do that. All in all, it was a fairly inexpensive vacuum but but had I do over again. I would spend a little more and get her better quality vacuum with a few more options.UPDATE:Customer service reached out to me after my initial 3 star review. They gave me some suggestions that seemed to have worked. Not totally, but at least It’s working well now. I updated my review to reflect a 5 star. Because the customer service went above and beyond. In my opinion, to help me resolve the issue. Even as far as to offering a full refund. That’s unusual nowadays, so i’m.We’re really happy with the customer service.

For the price it is more than fine, it does its job perfectly, it is a shame that it does not have mapping or area recognition to go directly to vacuum there, but other than that for the price it is a very good purchase.

Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten den Roboter in meinem Netzwerk zum Arbeiten zu überreden, bin ich davon jetzt begeistert. Anfangs wolle das Teil einfach nicht zur Arbeit überredet werden. Irgendwann hats dann doch geklappt. Die Möglichkeit Zeit- und Putzpläne zu erstellen ist sehr gut gelöst. Auch kann man über die App den Roboter fernsteuern wenn man ihn nicht alleine herumfahren lassen will.Die Wischfunktion ist nicht die Beste, aber sie reicht vollkommen aus in einem kleinen Haushalt.

Es increÃble cómo una cosa tan pequeña da una calidad de vida tan grande. ¡Ojalá lo hubiéramos comprado antes! En el vÃdeo podéis ver al robot en modo fregona. Claro que no es lo mismo que fregar, pero ayuda a recoger el polvo más fino y a mantener lÃmpio el piso por más tiempo. Cumple su función y tiene buena autonomÃa. Se limpia muy fácilmente y creo que haciéndole un mantenimiento básico tendremos máquina para rato. Lo he podido vincular con la app a la primera, sin problemas. Es muy intuitiva y, por cierto, sà está en castellano, solo debemos seleccionar en la configuración inicial el modelo M210 (sin la B). Es muy silencioso y lo puedes dejar operando cuando estás viendo una pelÃcula. A nosotros nos ha dado mejor resultado dejarlo trabajando habitación por habitación, cerrando puertas para que se centre en ese espacio en concreto. Además, lo combinamos con un aspirador de mano para aquellos sitios en los que la máquina no puede acceder. En definitiva, una gran compra que recomendamos porque te hace la vida más fácil.
