What has surprised me the most is that it got up the turmeric off the floor. Turmeric stains, but it cleaned it with just water. It used hardly any water to mop the kitchen floor. I just got this machine last night. It is doing the living room right now.

Good product, works as advertised!
Works good, Does its job. However make sure that you don’t have any loose wires or cables around the house. Yes it will avoid them eventually, but still its not going to clear those areas very good. So in case if you have wires or cables around the house, make sure you fixate them properly so the robot vacuum don’t drag them with itself. Other than that it works really nice!Mopping function also works good. However I would advice you to make the mop slightly wet with spraying water slightly before you start the mopping or just make it wet slightly with your hands or any other way (not too much though). It will make the mopping more efficient from the very start.Other than that the robot works perfectly well! and has several modes. I personally enjoying it! Would be perfect for those who own cats or dogs or for those who has long hair like me =D

Machine did not work and customer service not helpful
I really wanted to like this vacuum. When I first installed it on a weekend, the machine just repeatedly said ” dust bin not detected”. I did multiple things to troubleshoot and followed the manual. No matter what I did, it continued to say the same thing. I tried calling Lefant customer service but recording said they’re only open Mon-Fri, 9a-5pm! That’s ridiculous. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday and she said I would have to to do a “factory reset” on machine and I need to be there with machine while I am verbally instructed. I again told her I am at my place of employment during their customer service hours M-F, 9a-5p and people are normally working those hours. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to send an email requesting the factory reset instructions. What a confusing statement. I asked her to send them to me herself and she said she couldn’t (in a somewhat condescending tone) and that I had to send an email to them! Needless to say at this point I was extremely frustrated and realized any future assistance I will ever need from them was going to be like this-none. So of course I returned the machine for a refund. That’s unfortunate because I was excited for this machine but the customer service is terrible and no help (Side note: I discovered another customer on the internet with the same issue: Lefant robovac says “dustbin not detected”, and customer said it was a sensor problem and had to return the machine as well). I rarely ever leave reviews, but I felt I need to on this one. Hope you have better luck.
