Great vacuum! Update: DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM
We bought the Lefant M320 in June 2024. It works great picking up all the dirt and pet hair in our house. After it’s done cleaning, it goes right back to it’s charging dock. So why the 4 star review? It stopped working after 3 months. It won’t charge at all. I contacted Lefant.com and they replied the next day or the following day. I sent them a video of what the vacuum was doing (or not doing as is the case). They agreed to replace the vacuum at no charge. Their customer service is great. They are quick to reply and resolve the issue.Update: We received the replacement Lefant robot vacuum cleaner. It worked for about one month and it is no longer charging and doesn’t work at all. I contacted Lefant about this and I haven’t received a response. DO NOT BUY THIS ROBOT VACUUM.

Absolute life saver! Coming from a house full of pets.
**UPDATE**. The filter cup broke in one vacuum and the closure button on both of my vacuums broke after a couple of months. Had to use the warranty on both. Was advised the 2 year warranty was used and now is now done. So I guess I just hope they donât break again :(This vacuum is wonderful! I used to have to sweep my floor everyday, twice a day sometimes. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats. This machine is absolutely amazing!! I was a little leery about purchasing due to the amount of animals. Didn’t think it could keep up, Wrong! It has proved me wrong. So easy to run, even the cat can operate it!! I purchase another one for my 2nd floor. This is a must have!!!

Cleans a small area well
This is the first of this brand that we have tried and we are disappointed.It is quite and it does clean well. However it does not travel around our house, it stays in one room and continually cleans it. We will move it to another room and after about 10 minutes we find it back where it started! The features that drew us to this model do not make up for the fact that 3/4 of our house never sees it!!!!Just a note, we have a very open floor plan, no steps and few doorways.

Franchement, je n’y aurai pas cru. Mais pour le prix et la qualitÃ© imbattable. Il aspire trÃ¨s bien et ramasse tous sur son passage. Les lingettes sont pratiques pour un petit coup mais sÃ¨che vite, pour un bon nettoyage rÃ©gulier, rajouter un peu d’eau et produits sur le sol avec le torchon mis avec et ses bon. Il passe bien partout et retrouve sa place de recharge facilement. La seule chose par contre, c’est les capteurs qui ne sert peut Ãªtre pas a grand chose car il bourre un peu dans tous quand mÃªme.ðCependant, j’en suis trÃ¨s contente bcp de positif et un gain de temps pour les travailleurs.ð«¶

Je suis trÃ¨s satisfaite du robot, il est performant et efficace, il a une trÃ¨s bonne capacitÃ© dâaspiration. Jâai 2 chats et 1 lapin en libertÃ© donc souvent des poils au sol, le robot tourne quotidiennement et laisse lâappartement impeccable. La programmation possible est un vrai plus. Lâautonomie est bonne, le robot a le temps dâaspirer toutes les piÃ¨ces de faÃ§on minutieuse (75m2), il est efficace sur les tapis et sous les lits. Il est capable de monter les seuils des portes, et son capteur avant pour les obstacles sur son passage est trÃ¨s efficace. Il revient seul Ã sa base lorsque sa batterie est faible. Son utilisation quotidienne, ainsi que son nettoyage (filtre etc) sont intuitifs. Lâapplication sur le tÃ©lÃ©phone et le contrÃ´le Ã distance sont des points positifs pour moi Ã©galement.Bref, câest mon premier aspirateur robot, et je suis franchement Ã©tonnÃ©e et agrÃ©ablement surprise ! Je nâai pas de point nÃ©gatif Ã partager aprÃ¨s 2 mois dâutilisation (tous les jours !), il remplit la fonction que jâattendais et mÃªme plus. Ãtant trÃ¨s exigeante sur le mÃ©nage, et trÃ¨s assidue sur le nettoyage, je mâattendais Ã un petit plus dans ma routine, un coup de propre en vite fait le matin ou le soir aprÃ¨s un repas ou autre, au final il est bien plus et mâa permis dâespacer mes sessions aspirateur manuel, que je ne passe plus tous les jours !Je recommande vivement cette aspirateur, le rapport qualitÃ©-prix (99â¬ en promotion) est imbattable !

UPDATE: Gave it 3 stars and loved it…
…but it quit after 2 months. It put itself back on the charger one day and then the next day it wouldnât even turn on. I verified that the voltage from the charger was correct, but the battery appears to be dead. It was a great little vacuum while it lasted.UPDATE TO 5 STARS:I liked the M320 so much that I decided to order another one hoping that the original vacuum just had a flaw. Since I was getting another one, I decided I had nothing to lose if I opened that one up to see if there was an obvious problem. Took the battery out and checked for problems. The battery was fully charged and saw no other problem, so I reinstalled the battery and closed everything back up. Tried it again and it started right up. It is still working days later, so I am updating the review. Still love it – it does a better job than expected. Good value for the money. Would definitely order again.

I love it except for two big flaws (which are now resolved)
It perfectly cleans many of the small spaces between and under furniture. It has great suction. I love the large, clear, easy-to-lift-up and easy-to-clean dust bin. However, there are 2 large negatives: (1) The hepa dust filter is CYLINDER-shaped (not flat like on most other robo vacs) and gets very dirty even after a single use due to the vac’s powerful cleaning ability. Brushing off the dirt makes a cloud of fine dust fly up into the face to cause bad allergies. The FLAT hepa filters are far less prone to do that. (2) The filter gets dirty so quickly that it needs to be replaced after just a few uses. To my shock, no replacement filters are available on Lefant’s website nor on Amazon.UPDATE:I purchased a Lefant M310 with a FLAT hepa filter to compare it to the M320 that has a TUBULAR-shaped hepa filter. I like the M310 much better. Its filter is easy to remove and clean. The clear bin (located on top under a lid) can be easily lifted up, and opens to let contents fall out. Its interior size seems similar to me as the M320 in which much of the interior is taken up by the tubular filter. On the M320, I dislike that hair and dust wrap around the tubular filter and have to be pulled off before one can let the contents fall out–thus needing to have more contact with dust. In addition, brushing the tubular hepa filter produces more floating dust than brushing the flat filter.I have tile floors throughout and do not know the performance on carpet. I like the mop feature for catching any remaining dust. To get good coverage in one room at the time, it is not necessary to use the app or even the remote (if security or privacy are a concern).Replacement filters are supposed to be available on Amazon after June 26, 2024.On the Amazon Website, product dimensions for the M320 are listed incorrectly as13″L x 4.3″W x 14″H. They are instead 11″ W x 11″ L x 2.99″ H.I am returning the M320 and plan to buy a second M310 for upstairs.SECOND UPDATE: (Change from 2 stars to 4 stars)I changed my rating from 2* to 4* for the following reasons:1. Replacement filters are now available.2. I resolved my individual concern regarding the filter type by buying a different model (M310) with very similar specs and performance. Considering that I loved ALL the other design features of the M320, considering its great performance, and having experienced outstanding customer support (by Betty and Zoey), the rating deserves an upgrade to 4 stars.For me, the small diameter (11″) and low height (<3") were a major reason why I chose Lefant and why other manufacturers could not even compete. The previous larger robo vacs I owned left large floor areas untouched where they could not fit under chairs and into narrow spaces.
