The vacuum arrived well packed with no sign of shipping damage. However, upon assembly the handle attachment bolt would not take to the threads. Upon closer examination I noticed remnants of a broken bolt remaining in the threaded hole. I emailed “great vacs” almost a week ago with no response to the issue other than the automated reply.
