I use stretchy elastic bands to hold it in place through PA winters.

As far as dust covers go, I’m covered
Be careful of the cinch clip. The ends aren’t tied so if you’re not careful you may end up finding it with the vacuum.
For what it is, no complaints.

Perfect cover for my shop vac!
