Works Great!
I just got this machine and used it today. It was packaged great, easy instructions on its use. I cleaned my sofa and love seat, area rug and a set of stairs. I also cleaned a upholster window seat. It was easy to use and pretty light weight. It has a powerful suction to take out the dirty water. I was not sure how well it was cleaning until I emptied the water holder. Oh my goodness the water was really dirty, almost looked like mud. Everything looked so clean and fresh when I was done. I would highly recommend this wonderful product. I also cleaned a small area rug, again tons of dirt came out. Such a great product for such a small price

Highly,Highly Recommended!!My old spot cleaner (Bissell) broke and I was planning on ordering the same brand but after doing the reseach I came acrossed high rating reviews for Kenmore KW2001 spot cleaner. It was in our budget so I ordered it not knowing what to expect. (Images attached speak for themselves – we have a dog and a cat) My dog peed in the back room and I didn’t discover it right away, I also had to oder and wait for this unit to come in through Amazon. That being said it was a few days before I was able to clean up the dried mess. I loved how it worked on the rug so I cleaded my couch and loveseat. The images attached are from cleaning furniture. You can see in the images how much dirt this unit picks up. Amazon did an awesome job getting it here quick (2 days). The machine is a little larger than I thought it would be BUT it is easy to carry and handle and can clean small and lardge areas. My spot was about 12″ round and I consider this a small area. I used hot tap water and the cleaner that came with the unit. The spay and suction power is EXCELLENT!, and the tanks worked well retaining water as designed. It is super easy to clean out the tanks. My OLD Bissell Unit retained water under the tanks and in the hoses and it was impossible to get the remaining water out (This is why my old unit broke). But with this unit, no water remains in it after you empty the tanks. Everything stores perfectly together. It comes with a large attachment and small one, and both work great. I store the large attachment on the hose. I stored the small one inside the larger tank. The Kenmore KW2001 Spot cleaner is an Excellent, High Quality Unit – well worth the value.

AMAZING!!! BEST RUG SCRUBBER IâVE HAD!
I am a mom of 3 kids under the age of 13, so itâs safe to say our house is full of messes and spilled liquids daily! I was shopping around for a scrubber that would work great on upholstery and rugs/carpet or car floors! I didnât see much about the Kenmore Spotlite, but after doing my own research on it, I decided this was the fit for me! Gosh am I glad I did because this thing packs a powerful suction!! I have completely cleaned area rugs, carpet sections, mattresses, furniture.. you name it, Iâve probably used it to clean that area lol!! For the price, this is where itâs at!!Packaging was wonderful. The scrubber was secure and attachments were very easy to put together. Itâs as heavy as it looks, but not too heavy to where you canât easily carry it up or down a flight of stairs. I wouldnât necessarily recommend for elderly people that are not able to lift heavy objects, as they may hurt something trying to lift this specific item with a tank full of water.Itâs easy to clean! Very sleek look, simple to wrap up and store away. 10000% WORTH IT!! Run, donât walk!!

Solid bang for your buck.
Pros: well priced for what youâre getting. Good suction, attachments are all what you would expect. I would like a longer hose personally, but overall the length is adequate and from what I have surmised from my research it is one of the longer hoses in these types of units. Filling it is easy, cleaning these things is never very fun but itâs relatively easy to do so in this model. The attachments all come apart/together without any struggling so cleaning them isnât the headache you would expect. Power cord has plenty of length for in home uses. Might need an extension if doing a vehicle without a nearby outlet.I do wish the hose itself was easier to detach, but itâs not too difficult to do so (just requires undoing one screw) for those times when I really want to try and flush the hose out of any buildup.Cons: seems to be a bit leaky at the tanks where they meet with the unit, but not a dealbreaker for me. Just be cautious carrying it around when full of liquid. So far it just seems to be the clean water tank that leaks, which is ok with me.Unknowns: As this is a new unit, and new to the marketplace, we have yet to see how durable it is on a long term basis. Iâll come back and update this review if it breaks down anytime soon.In conclusion, I think youâre getting a good value buy at this price point. Especially considering the âproâ machines can go for thousands of $$$. Even if it only last a year or two, I would get sufficient usage out of it for my money. Hereâs hoping it has longevity and parts like the hose/attachments are easy to purchase if needed at any point.Uploaded some examples of the messes I had it tackle. I did the car upholstery first but forgot to take any photos. Looks good though. 1st image is a of a mattress in our guest bedroom. We had someone stay in this room about 7 years ago and they puked all over it. At the time I didnât know much about mattress cleaning so I did my best, but obviously a pretty nasty stain had set in. We just bought a new mattress topper for it and called it good at the time.Now armed with this device and my new knowledge of 6-12% hydrogen peroxide+baking soda tactic, I was able to erase that ugly stain. 2nd image is after letting the 12% hydrogen peroxide sit for 15 minutes and running the suction vacuum over it one time. Third image is after using a bit of baking soda and letting it sit for 30 minutes on the wet areas to help pull out any remaining moisture/stains. Then finally used my regular vacuum to vacuum up all the baking soda. Results speak for themselves, but I think what you use to presoak the stain is just as important as the tool you are using to suction it out.

Shopped around for a while. Was debating whether I should get the Bissell but sure glad I chose this one! Does it ever clean! Two attachements, one wide (great for couch or whole carpet), small one for spot cleaning or hard to reach places. Impressive suction power. Comes with a bottle of cleaning solution. Clean water tank easy to fill/empty/dry. Dirty water tank easy to empty/clean/dry. Long cord. As loud as you would expect it to be. The design is really well thought out. Great buy!!!

This spot cleaner is amazing. It has great suction, much quieter than my previous one, easy to carry and move around, and gets the job done! I love that I can put any brand cleaner of my choice in it! Great for big and small messes!
