Very Nice, True to the description.
Replacing the 20 yr old Blue work horse. Her parts aren’t available anymore. Had to get a new one. A lot of study, looking, comparing. It states it’s 12 lbs. I’m 72 not too bad for me. A lot heavier then it looks, but it in the motor head where you need/want it, on the rug. Swivels very, very good. The brush head is not big or as long as the old girl but it makes up for it in the ease of the Push/Pull. YES, indeed it sucks good! I’ve cats and a dog, (yellow lab hair) We’ll see about that pet hair pick-up thing soon enough. Now, those attachments. I’ve never kept them with the vacuum. Always on the shelf with the bags. These 2 attachments are going there too. Inconsequential to the performance but it falls off. As you can see it sorta hangs out away from the body. It swivels also, so it hang over. No big complaint, no big deal. But I love it! At my age its like a new car. If your in the market for a “Good feeling”, not overly heavy this girl is for good.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
I just wanted to give my honest opinion & review about this vacuum that I ordered & got from Amazon & all I can say is that I just really love it, it’s just the BEST vacuum cleaner that I have ever gotten & used, it’s very light weight, easy to use, easy to maneuver while vacuuming, has mega deep suction power, it’s a bag vacuum ( which I really love, love the most about it ) & NOT a bag less vacuum, because I really, really HATE using bag less vacuums, because their extremely messy& dirty to use & when vacuuming a carpet with this vacuum, the bottom part swivels & moves when you turn it, to make it a whole lot easier to vacuum a carpet, so that I can stand in one place & still get along to side of a wall with ease, which I didn’t have that option with my older & other vacuum that I had, because with my other vacuum, it was a lot bigger, heavier & didn’t have that easy mobility in ordered to vacuum a carpet or the edge & side of a wall, I also love that this new vacuum that I have now, not only has a light in the front, but it also has a light indicator on it, to let me know when the bag if full & needs to be changed, but there are so many pluses & features on this new vacuum that I have now, that I really enjoy vacuuming a carpet much, much more now than I EVER did in the pass with my other vacuum I had before & I’m really glad & extremely happy that I updated my vacuum experience from my older vacuum that I had for more than ” 35 years ” to my new vacuum that I have now & the price that I paid for this vacuum was great, especially since it was a bag vacuum & NOT a bag less vacuum & I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone if they are looking for a great vacuum to use.Yours Truly” THE INSATIABLE T.L.C. “

    Compact bagged power.
I’ve always liked the compact design of a certain vacuum cleaner brand whose name makes me think of Jaws, but I really don’t like bagless vacuums. I saw this vacuum and then that it was bagged and it was an instant buy. I was not disappointed. It has excellent suction, is easy to maneuver and with a bag I don’t have to empty it after every use. The No touch bag design is also a plus. The bag gets released into the trash and I don’t get a dust cloud in my face.I’ve been using this vacuum for over six months and my only gripe is that I wish the hose stretched a little more. But it is a high quality hose as is the rest of the machine. I purposely bought the non lift-away version as I knew I’d never use that feature (no stairs in my apartment) and haven’t missed that feature at all. Honestly it’s just a really cool vacuum cleaner. I’m glad Kenmore improved the design of that other popular brand by making it bagged. It really is a better choice.

Comically small cleaning path, short hose, powerful suction.
Pro’s:* Powerful suction, on bare floor especially stuff pulls in like gravity as you approach it.* Good maneuverability* Well designed approach teeth/front slots or whatever its called, it will roll over cheerios and the like and suck them up without pushing them around* Cord is a decent length* Brush roll has an off setting (this is apparently not common with all brands)Con’s:* Cleaning path is ridiculously small, as others have said its like a childs toy (less than 9″)* The ‘disconnecting handle for reach’ is a multi-step process, if you look closely at the pictures you can see its not attached like normal vacuums, and it’s a PITA to do but necessary because…* The hose is short and doesn’t have a lot of stretch to it so you kind of need to do that multi step process to get the handle on there for some actual reach* The bags are over $3/ea OEM, and even good aftermarket are nearly $2/ea, I’m sorry what? That is serious inkjet printer ‘get them on the backend’ energy for a $100 vacuum… not the most expensive bags out there, but its giving a good effortIf the cleaning path were a few inches wider I may keep it as it DOES do a good job cleaning, but even with my smaller home it feels like it takes twice as long as a normal width vacuum. Learned my lesson trying to save money, probably be swapping it out for a entry-mid commercial like a Hushtone 13 or something. Most of my complaints are solved with higher tier models, the 4020 for example has a slightly wider path, the hose is connected to the handle, and supposedly even better suction BUT the bags are still expensive and apparently the short connecting hose in the base of the unit area prone to early failure.

I purchased this vacuum to replace an Electrolux that I have had for 30 years. Although it doesn’t stack up to the Electrolux’s suction power, I doubt anything made today would. It cleans the carpets nicely and I love the swivel head and how easy it is to steer around corners etc. I would definitely recommend it for the modest price. The wand and attachments are also very handy also.

I particularly like the enclosed dust bag since I suffer from many allergies. This is actually the reason I purchased the Kenmore Intuition Vacuum cleaner. It isn’t as lightweight as I imagined. I have only used it a couple of times so far but the one negative for me is the relatively short hose. I wish you could purchase a longer hose attachment which could be used for ceilings, corners, etc. The existing hose attachment is quite stiff and doesn’t expand as I had hoped it would. Perhaps it will loosen up over time.
