A Wonderful Little Unit
Most of the robotic vacuum cleaner are quite expensive and I found this little vacuum cleaner at a reasonable price so I decided to give it a try. Since it is a low price unit, I will not compare it with the high end vacuum cleaner. Once I receive the unit, I charged the unit the first time for more than 6 hours per instruction. I turned it on and it started working. It travelled everywhere, going up and coming down from the area rug without any problem. It kept running for 1 hour non stop. At the end of the cycle, I checked the dust pan and it picked up quite a lot of dirt and pet hair. I am really happy this little unit can do so well. I definitely will get one for my son who has a pet.

Very disappointed
I ordered one. It was a good price $79 but it never charged so I decided itâs a fluke so I sent it back for a replacement this one charged but it ran like 10 minutes and then the battery was already dead. I sent it back. I learned my lesson.

Not up to an Akita’s fur
Bought this to try the idea. Wasn’t sure any robot vacuum would work. The container is tiny. It fills up after a few feet, but then, I have an Akita and the shedding is intense.

Great robo vacuum for a great price
Great for the price, I love it! I just turn it on and let it clean all of the hardwood floors. It gets under the couch and the bed- perfect for places that are a pain and hard to reach. I charged it for 6 hours for the first time and let it run for over an hour even going over area rugs. The dust pan holds a lot of dirt and hair, the house feels much cleaner after using it. Also comes with a remote control so I can turn on when I need and choose a cleaning mode. Great purchase for this price point!

Easy
I love this vacuum, it’s so simple to use and to clean. I don’t need the fancy machines, I want simple and efficiently. Worth the money, wish I had this years ago.

Best buy for the price with awesome quality!
I love it. First time user of the robot vacuum. My dogs are still getting used to it but that is to be expected. It sometimes gets stuck under to couch, but with the remote just give it a direction and its on its way. I was sceptical of the price as others were double the price, but it works great. We have Tile and hard wood floors so we just turn it on and let it do it’s thing. I can for sure tell the difference when it has been used. There is not dust and random dirt on the floors. Unit runs a long time on one charge. This is the real Deal!!!!!!

Warrant as Good as Gold
I purchased a Kalorik Home Ionic Pure Air Robot Vacuum from Amazon. I also bought a two-year extended warranty. The vacuum has a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and 11 months into the 1st year it developed a problem that I thought was covered under the warranty. I sent an email to the address provided on the company’s website and received a *very* quick response. After a few back-and-forth email messages, a solution was promised and a timeline for resolution was given. Much to my surprise, MUCH sooner than the promised timeline the replacement component was at my front door. I am *VERY* impressed with the quick and positive response by the customer service agent and Kalorik as a company. If I have an opportunity to purchase from them again I will not hesitate.

Heavy – important for keeping from bouncing up. Heavy-duty. Big traction wheels. Best-engineered, best-performing under Cdn$200 robot vacuum I’ve owned. Effectively no warranty, as Kaloric warranty does not cover parts; and, the unit requires shipping to Florida. Automatic mode eventually picked up almost all kitchen debris including those in corners. Can find its way out of a 3-wall corner. Large drive wheels have a suspension, like a vehicle’s. Vacuum strength is very good. Havigation pattern in âautoâ mode is sufficient for our 750 square foot dwelling. VERY IMPORTANT – Uses NiMH batteries with an electrically-registered power plug, which is imo safer than Lithium Polymer batteries. Remote control is an excellent convenience. Charging time is approximately five hours for a 40 minute runtime.

The item did not work. it came with no instructions. even after visiting the website for assistance it just wouldn’t work. Not a good buy!

Works well for dust, hair, crumbs, etc… Helps me out weekly. Have to keep an eye on it though, b/c it will get caught on some things eg wires, mats, corners and need help to get unstuck. After 1 hr or one floor, needs a recharge. Found out costco.ca selling it for only $89.99.Update 8 months later: it’s getting stuck whenever it hits a wall or cabinet now. Have to constantly monitor it and redirect it

The storage capacity and battery life seem to end at the same time, but with three big long haired dogs, it still does the trick. I do one floor a day and afterwords itâs seems relatively clean with much less hair lying around. I donât think it replaces my central vaccuum, but definitely have to pass it less frequently !

i was totally disappointed and embarassed at the poor quality of this vaccuum. i bought 2 as christmas presents and unfortunately the recipients did not save the boxes in which it arrived. i feel i should replace them with something that actually works. there is no charging station and the bag inside the vaccuum is riducously small.
