Decided to get one because I couldnât keep up with my dogs shedding and It was the best decision ever! Cuts my cleaning time, and I have it paired to âAlexaâ so I can just tell her to vacuum and she turns it on. I can just turn it on and forget about it, itâs awesome. Itâs pretty good at finding itâs way around. It works well and picks up my dog hair! If youâre thinking about getting one, you should!

I love that you can connect the robot through Wi-Fi and start it whenever you want. I honestly use it every day because of my dogs and it works so well. Iâll use it every day just to keep the house clean and then I will use our shark vacuum on the weekends to get the spots that the robot didnât get. It says that the robot doesnât go on carpet, but mine goes on our area rugs just fine! I love it so much, I ordered my parents one for Christmas.I will say the mop part is not the best! You have to get specific cleaner for the mop part. You canât just put any cleaner solution in it. I usually put water and a little bit of solution and it will mop a little but not like it says. So honestly, you would be better off with just the vacuum instead of the vacuum and the mop like this one.

Needs much improvement
I wanted to like this Roomba with mop and vac technology but it kept getting stuck in recessed door frames, corners, under furniture. No matter how much we moved items and made the room brightly lit so it could work correctly, it just never completed a room. A total of 4 hours used and every completed map looks like and L or an X. No rooms completed. The mopping is just a streak of wet and the small pad drags the water across. It picked up a good amount of small debris and dog hair but the spinning brush kicks alot of bigger debris out of it’s path. I was hoping for a great little entry-level IRobot to try at 157.00 purchase price but I returned it 2 days in. Maybe if it was under $100 it would be worth it.

Better than expected
I took a chance on the Roomba 676 because it was on sale during Prime Days. We live on a small farm and we are always tracking in dirt and debris and I feel like I can never keep up with the floors. Plus we were planning on getting a puppy soon and I was envisioning all the extra hair and dirt that would come with that. It came a day earlier than expected and in good condition. I was a bit skeptical at first…it is round and corners are, well…not. We have an open concept home with lots of corners and angles. I’ve only used it on the main floor and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. While it doesn’t get “everything” it does get a majority and does better than expected.Pros: Set up was easy. I set it up on the charger, downloaded the app and let it fully charge. The house was pretty messy the first time I ran it but it did a great job. Even the entry way rug looked spotless. Despite my pessimism, it really does get into nooks and crannies. There are very few places it can’t reach. And if all I have to do is vacuum those few places every now and then, I am very satisfied. It also gets under furniture and my stove, which I will reluctantly admit have not seen a vacuum in a long time. I wasn’t sure it would get into every room, but somehow it manages. I am usually home when I run it and I pick up things on the floor to give it more space to clean. It does the wood floors and area rugs with out an issue and even managed to climb up a bit to our wood stove hearth.Cons: It bangs into things. It is supposed to and it will usually find its way around any object, but it is a bit annoying to hear it run into walls and furniture. It did get stuck on the hearth last time and I had to rescue it, so not so comfortable running it if I’m not around. The dust collection compartment is small and is usually pretty packed by the time it is done. Right now I run it about every other day so there won’t be too much stuff to over fill it. Once the puppy gets older and starts shedding, I will probably do it every day. I am not sure how “deep cleaning” it is. But it picks up all the surface dirt. After the first time it ran, I walked around expecting to see stuff it missed but really couldn’t find anything. It also runs for a long time. I could vacuum the whole house before it finished half the first floor, IF I had the time, which I don’t, hence the Roomba.Overall, I am very satisfied with it. It’s going to be a big time saver. I would give it 4.5 stars, but since I can’t I’ll give 5 since it does what it states it will do and any cons, in my opinion, are minor.

I was initially hesitant to make this purchase due to the negative reviews, but I am thoroughly impressed with this Roomba. After charging it and updating the software, it has performed exceptionally well. It navigates my home efficiently, reaching all the nooks and crannies with ease.Perhaps the software update has addressed many of the concerns mentioned in the reviews, as my experience feels completely different. Itâs like I received a totally upgraded version of the machine others described! So far, Iâve had no battery issues, and it hasnât gotten stuck once. Honestly, Iâm tempted to buy another oneâhighly recommended!

The mopping feature is pretty much useless.
Generally does a decent job vacuuming, but the mopping feature is not good at all. This is a basic robot with limited features (no mapping, for example). It has some difficulty navigating around furniture and/or finding its way back to its base.

This device is incredible, compared to others. It actually picks up small debris, not just dust. It runs back and forth not spiraling all over the place, and taking extra time at the base boards. Also it got stuck on cords but was able to maneuver it on its own. LOVE IT!!!!!

Does not work with “virtual wall” units
The website does not mention that the “virtual walls” that I use with my Roomba vacuum don’t work with this unit.You have to have a physical barrier. After blocking the exits from our kitchen did a test cleaning. The unit vacuumed well but missed a large stretch of floor. I think it got “confused” by some of the corners.The mopping was basically removing dust left by vacuum. A couple of minor spills were not removed by the mop, although easily removed by a damp paper towel. Hate to think what kind of mess would have been left with a really dirty floor.

Navigation is just the worst… it has no sense of direction and just loves to get stuck in the corner or any wall. Turned it on for 1.5 hours and it got 8 sqm. The vacuum and mop function is fine, but none of that matters when it can’t clean a single room without spending the majority of the time in one spot.Would not recommend, if you’re going to buy a robot vacuum you might as well spend more money to invest in one that has mapping or at least a random mode so it doesn’t get stuck when it hits a wall. This product would be great If you had an empty square room and the robot decided to go straight when you turned it on.
