Recharges too often.
Spends more on the charger than cleaning. This was supposed to have a larger battery, but it doesn’t have a very long running time. Takes all day to clean, should only take a couple of hours.

Product was as described. It doesnât come in the original packaging so you have to be prepared for that, but who cares once itâs out of the box. The original instructions werenât included, so it would have required some online research if I didnât already have app on my phone. This was a second robot so I have one on each floor. The savings for a slightly used robot was worth it.

Not a J8+
Ordered two of these as advertised as refurbished J8+ roombas. They only lasted 45 minutes to just over an hour on a charge. Checked out the battery and itâs the regular J7+ battery, not the supposedly J8+ higher mah battery. Other than that they work well.

Scam product
This is a refurbished item that does not work. It will not connect to WIFI, will not factory reset, and only shows a red status light. Amazon will not replace or refund, so I guess I just paid Amazon over $300 to take out their trash.
