Had it for 1yr now, cleans well for my hard floor. Have a few break downs but generally pretty good. Good mapping, donât need to take care of it too much. App is easy to use, definitely a life changer especially if you have pets!!

Horrible Customer Service

I thought that it would be a good idea to get another i-Robot since they were way more expensive, thinking it would be much better. We had one before when they first came out and it wasn’t great. Same experience with this one. It is nice having the self cleaning feature along with the room layout automation, but that is about it. We have had nothing but issues. To start the battery is just terrible. It is about half the size that is needed. You would think for a very expensive model you would get more than what the cheapest brand and unit provides in their models. You don’t. To clean half as well as the Eufy it would need to run for several hours. Then the unit only comes with one spinning brush, not two like the cheap units. We constantly had errors etc and it’s just running on a polished concrete floor. It would constantly get lost and keep running into the same wall over and over. Finally we had an error code that resulted in us needing to call customer service. We emailed at first as directed and never received a reply. I called and had to leave a callback after being on hold forever and it was two days later before I got a callback from them. I spoke to someone that did not express any concern or care. We never felt like we were going to be taken care of. We weren’t. After jumping through a barrage of hoops we were told by ordering from Amazon we didn’t order through an authorized dealer and our claim for repair or assistance was outright denied. We had to send our receipt from Amazon as well. They didn’t even tell us that over the phone. We were on the phone for over 2 hours. We had to wait for a week to get a canned response stating our claim was denied. Keep in mind this was within the time frame of the warranty. Funny thing is I’m not even mad. The first unit we purchased several years ago was awful so I should have known. We purchased another Eufy. They are cheap and have just been a workhorse. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Estoy feliz con mi Segunda Roomba, la anterior duro 7 aÃ±os y esta versiÃ³n la supera por mucho. FÃ¡cil de usar, programable, con cÃ¡mara que evita que jale o pise cosas indeseadas.Es mi aliada para tener una casa limpia, siendo tutora de 5 perros. La amo y vale cada peso. El Ãºnico tema es que pide repuestos es poco tiempo pero con una debida limpieza se quita ese mensaje.

It has a large area to vacuum here so it needs an intermission charge before finishing. Takes longer than a normal vacuum job but does the job.Great vacuum. I tried an off brand before this one, and the technology failed on it, so I went with a brand I trusted. I’m glad I did.

I have had several models of Roombas over the years. This model is my favorite so far. It does not have all the bells and whistles of other brands like lidar. I just want it to clean automatically and it does this well without much hassle. It is not a deep cleaner, but that is okay. The app is okay. It is a bit higher priced than other competitors but not expensive like the top of the line models. I’m happy with it and would buy again. The self cleaning is super convenient and well worthwhile. The mapping is okay and better than the old school bump and repeat models. The software is quite good and upgrades automatically. I would recommend this model as I’m not convinced that the dual purpose mopping models are worth it.
