Works w/subscription Self Empty Station!
Confirm the i3 works great with the self empty station, even if using the self empty station from the iRobot subscription plan. To convert, you have to also buy the self emptying dust bin, $30-40. Easy to set up, just place the new i3 on the station to charge and then continue setup as normal on your phone. Unit was in perfect condition. This price is a steal, buy this!

Buyer Beware – Died and Customer Service Runaround
I bought this product renewed on Prime Day deal and knew there could be an issue. I was reassured that there was a 90 day return policy. After 8 weeks, the IROBOT just died. Keep in mind I use it maybe every other day and empty it every time I use it. I have a 1200 sf apartment (no pets, just me).I contacted Amazon and they said I needed to contact IROBOT customer service. So I called IROBOT customer service and they told me that that product was “out of stock” (even though it is not out of stock on Amazon at their store, ok sure), and they would “let me know” in 7-10 business days if they could send out a replacement. I never heard from them, so I called them again. This time they said they could send out an i6 instead and that I could just send back the defective product.I did recieve the i6 and upon opening notice that there was no battery, nor a charging station. So I placed the battery from the dead one and tried to charge the “new” one. Dead. I called customer service and spent about 45 minutes performing “testing” involving sending them photos and different things to see what was wrong. It was determined that they did not know and I would need to mail in the replacement for their repair shop to “test” it to see what was wrong.At this point, my floors really needed vacuuming (3 weeks now) and I had 2 dead IROBOTS that were useless to me. I asked for my money back (I bought the item from the IROBOT Store on Amazon) and they told me to call Amazon.So I called Amazon and they said that IROBOT would make me pay for shipping and a restocking fee to return it and then I could send Amazon proof of this payment and make a request for a refund. Really good on Amazon to offer to give me my money back, but I don’t think I really have any faith in IROBOT as a company nor their products.So, buy at your own risk and make sure that you have some type of backup way to vacuum your floors.

Works Great
Although I had a few hiccups in operating it, I persevered and figured out its little quirks. LOVE this thing!! She has a name and I warn the dogs that âZoeyâ is coming and they should scatter. They leave it alone which makes us all happy. My dogs love to be outside and bring tons of dirt into the house. Zoey picks up the dirt and the dog hair and does a phenomenal job. My only issue is that she does so well (better than my regular vacuum) that I have to empty the bin frequently. Donât mind – better than me doing the vacuuming. I recommend this if you have dogs.

Daily use!
I use it daily in a one bedroom apartment. It has a strong vacuum and picks up all the dust from the floor effectively. The amount of dust it collects in the dust bin is impressive. I have hard wood floors and some carpets. It seamlessly moves through the apartment and parks itself. Seeing it shimmy itself back into its docking station is fun also. Had it for two years and itâs easy to set up without you needing to be a techno super savvy person is what makes it the best vacuum Iâve ever owned. The replacement parts are not hard to replace and affordable. The app lets you know the health of replacement components and notifies you when itâs time to replace them. When it gets jammed up it alerts you. It also shows you within the app how to fix it. Great product and I bought the refurbished model and couldnât be more happy with the product.

Love this robot
I was skeptical but this robot helps me to much with cleaning and how much it cleans up. So easy to use out of the app. It took about a hour to map my house so it was quick. One thing that I have had issues is that it has disconnected from my wifi a bit but i still find it worth it

Very Stupid Robot
Not easy to use. Overall a very ineffective robot that doesnât know where to go. And without a remote to control it sometimes itâs just useless.
