This isn’t a brand I recognized and it had zero reviews. I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot when we got it but I figured it was fairly inexpensive and wouldn’t be a huge loss if it was actually bad.I’ve had it for a day now so I’m not sure of the longevity but I charged it completely (the light on the charger turns green when its charged so its very easy to know when it’s done.) then I went around all my baseboards, wall corners, around my animal areas, stairs and I was extremely pleased, it did great!It has a few small quirks that aren’t a problem for me, for the stairs (mine are wooden not carpeted) I had to make sure the vacuum was straight instead of sideways because the vents will blow the dirt around if it’s sideways, but straight on it worked great. I was also briefly confused on how the dirt stayed in with the opening it has and how to empty it, but the filter really grabs all the pet hair, cobwebs and dust so it stayed in well and with the small bits of loose debris the plastic is shaped in a way that you would have to shake it straight upside down for it to come back out on accident so it didn’t end up a problem at all. When emptying it I uncapped the plastic and thought the filter would stay on the vacuum bit but it came out in the plastic cap and I was confused on if it was supposed to do that or not (I’m lazy and didn’t fully read the instructions so I’m not sure if it mentions this), but it ended up being simple, just requires pulling the filter out of the cap over a trash can and wiping it off with paper towel, for small debris in the filter I tapped the plastic tip of the filter against the trash can a few times and wiped it off again. All clean!I am very happy so far with this purchase and don’t regret taking the chance on a brand I hadn’t heard of with no reviews (this time, lol).I’ll try to remember to update this review again if I have any issues or if somthing is problematic later on. Like I said, I have only had it one day.Sidenote, the wide attachment wasn’t really my favorite it didn’t seem to do a whole lot but I tried it on hardwood not carpet and I’m not sure what it’s meant to be used on, because.. once again.. I didn’t fully read the instructions so it may work great for your needs! But for mine it didn’t do much, however all the other attachments did great. I mostly used the classic angled tube attachment for my needs.TLDR: Took a chance and it works great for my needs, I’m pleased with the purchase.

Broke after 10 minutes of use
The suction wasn’t horrible but it was definitely hard to use on carpet. The battery worked for about 10 minutes and then died. After charging the vacuum for two hours I tried to use it and it was not charged. I used multiple different outlets so it was clearly an issue with the vacuum itself. Would have returned but had already thrown out the box… I do not recommend this product at all.

Great customer service
Update 5/30/23The customer service is very good and they replace the vacuum, the new one is working good so far, probably got one with a bad a battery before.I really the product and their customer service.â¦â¦.Donât have much power and the battery donât last long.It takes too long to fully charge (2hrs+ ) and the charge last less than 30 minutes.

Actually works!
I got this as a birthday gift for my 2 year old. He loves the vacuum and I’m pleasantly surprised with how much it picks up! Now I do have all hard wood floors so I think that helps too.I did however have an issue with it charging. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t.

Not enough suction.
I own a cleaning company and thought this would work nicely for chairs, couches, and curtains but the suction isnât there.

Not powerful enough
It works close up, it just doesn’t have enough suction. I’m trying to say it is not that powerful. I’ve tried to use it on my hardwood floors and attachments made it too far away from the main part that it barely sucked anything up. If you use it on the couch same thing the attachments are to far away. If you use the thing itself it’s tedious to get every pet hair.

Unable to get support or replacement as those screens have been closed apparently. Bought the item as a XMAS present Nov 2023. Cord connector fell apart Aug 2024.
