Probably better for travel. Does the job and it fits well on blow dryer since base is elastic but if you like to press the diffuser to your scalp or hair it will collapse. Not horrible and will keep for travel. It’s nice it collapses for storage and fits most dryers, it just isn’t practical for daily use
