It is amusing at a point just simply changing out the heads to accomplish different tasks in cleaning the tank, having the net as a head I can swap it out for is amazing as well! The razor works very well I do recommend drying fully after use to prevent rust. This is a really cool 5 in 1 or however many in 1 tool, what you can spend $40 for all of the supplies you can land within this singular tool. It’s great!

This aquarium cleaning tool has the things I would expect, including a razor for removing hard algae, a brush for removing debris and softer algae, and a spongy tip for removing film algae. These are all very useful and well built. The razor in particular is nice because unlike other scrapers I’ve used, including others from Hygger, this one has not rusted despite being used in saltwater, and the blade is longer to allow for easier access to those hard to reach corners. This also includes a net, but the net is too small to be of much use for catching fish and the holes are too large for scooping debris, so it isn’t a very useful attachment in my opinion. It’s length is a big pro and a big con for me; on one hand, having a short, set length makes it less likely to rust, jam, or fail and allows for tighter angles, but on the other hand, it isn’t long enough to reach the bottom of my tank without sticking my arm in. Overall, this is a very useful aquarium cleaning tool for cleaning glass, equipment, or even hardscape. This definitely replaced my previous longer, rusty, telescopic model from this same brand.

I read that it’s .8′ long, which I didn’t visualize. My 20 gallon aquarium is 15″ deep, thus is 10″ long. Do the math because I didn’t. It is really small. Like really really small. It might be useful for a 5 gallon aquarium but nothing larger unless you don’t mind having your hand in the tank the entire time you’re cleaning, which is less about getting wet and more about introducing contaminants to the aquarium. For me, this tiny cleaner is pointless.

None of the attachments are affective. The sponge and scrapper remove zero algae or other grime on the glass. The brush is barely useful for cleaning decorations. Requires many, many passes with the brush to get a patch clean. The attachments are easy to swap out, and it does come with a spare spring.

I love that you don’t have to buy each tool individually. Being able to swap out the heads is so convenient and for a good price! They feel very durable, it would probably take some rigorous cleanings to actually break these things. Happy I bought them!

The cleaning tools are nice and packaged well. I thought the handle would be longer but it does the job. Easy to assemble and take apart as well as easy to clean. My tank is large so a longer handle would have been nice.
