Nice machine
I didn’t want to have to pay for carpet/upholstery cleaning again, so decided to go this route. So happy I did! I used it today for the first time on two large area rugs and bedroom installed carpeting. The machine is easy to use AND easy to clean out afterwards. I especially like that the top of the bottom section pops off for easy access to the roller brushes and gunk that gets stuck in there. The area rugs were on hardwood floors, and the instructions recommend you put a waterproof barrier down first. However, I didn’t. One rug has a rubber backing and the other doesn’t. Both washed well and there was no dampness underneath either one afterwards. You do have to go slowly with this machine to give it a chance to spray/scrub and suck up/dry. Just be patient. I did notice that a lot more liquid was sucked back out of the area rugs than the installed carpet, but I guess that’s just a matter of the thickness of the rug/carpet. In either case, I expect they’ll be completely dry within 4-5 hours. Also, I did one pass with soap/washing/drying, then a second pass with just water/dry to rinse out more soap (a lot more dirt came out in the water as well the second time). And then i followed it with another pass on the dry only cycle to ensure I didn’t leave standing puddles. Overall very pleased with the ease of use and quality of the clean! I hope it works as well on stairs and upholstery.

Excellent
This cleaner does a great job. You should preclean and soak before using any of these machines if you want good results. Also use the hottest water you can get. The hotter the better it will clean. This comes apart extremely easy to clean up when you are done. Takes 2 minutes, if that, to clean out. The easiest I have ever used, I was very pleased by this because this part can make me not want to clean carpets. I was shocked at how easy it was to clean and put back together. Love it and I have had for over a year now.

Carpet cleaner
Worked well. Suction great (low pile carpet. Much easier and more light weight than last cleaner. Glad I purchased!

Very Easy to Use & Clean
I love this machine, and thatâs a good thing because my puppy has given me many reasons to use it since I purchased it several months ago.My favorite thing about it – other than the great carpet cleaning it offers – is the ease of cleaning the machine itself when the carpets are finished. Iâve had machines in the past that I hated using because they were so difficult (or in some cases impossible) to thoroughly clean. Not a problem with this one!I also love that it really has great suction for removing water from the carpet. Iâve never had a carpet cleaner that could get my carpets so dry! (Note: obviously they are still a little damp when I finish, but they dry very quickly)I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase!

Wow! What a great machine!
So, we live in a rental and we bought this as a last ditch effort to clean our VERY dirty light cream carpet. We have used a commercial carpet stem cleaner and the stains came back in about 4 days. This little machine was so satisfying to use. I watched with every pass the dirt and grime just come right out. Stains that I thought were permeant were gone! The carpet turned out better than the day we moved in and the stains didn’t come back. Clean up was a process but pretty easy as soon as you get the hang of it. We used the carpet solution that came with it and also bought the bigger jug. Depending on your area, you might want extra cleaning solution… Highly Recommend!

I am a fan
We had a Bissell before this one and this Hoover is SO much easier to use. The water is easier to fill and empty. The soap dispenser is smart. The ability to push a button for âdry onlyâ is spectacular. When I feel like I need to rinse with just water, I pop the soap dispenser out so it only pulls water and no soap. The brushes are extremely easy to clean! That in itself is a huge win in my book.

Clean Carpets
Easy to assemble and use. This carpet cleaner revived carpets in one of my apartments. I saved lots of money by not having to get new flooring

Wonderful carpet cleaner for a carpet wash at home.
I invested in this carpet cleaner two years ago, and I have enjoyed using it for the annual carpet wash at home. It was not convenient for anyone to come in to our house during the Covid, and I needed to wash our carpet maybe annually. This was the best investment I’ve made for carpet cleaning because it does clean really well and the cleaning solution does make the wash smell pleasant. I also purchased some additional solution since it was a sample size that came with the carpet cleaner.This is an easy to use, easy to assemble, and the suction power is really good. The only thing I didn’t like so much is having to clean the brush heads quite often because I wanted to get it out of the brush so the cleaner can clean better. I don’t think this is the carpet cleaner issue, but my carpet is medium length and quite old.I also wash my couch with the attachments and it works WONDERS. Love this carpet cleaner!
