I bought this because my manager said I am responsible for the upkeep of the carpets and that I was ruining them. I have the power dash by Hoover and now this.It is an amazing product. I like how it is separated into 3 compartments solution, water tank, and dirty water. I am slowly using it to clean and cause the fibers to rise.Mine the handle does not wanna snap in place and I was worried that someone said that their handle kept falling out and it wouldn’t let them use the spray forward because the handle didn’t lock in place. But if you tilt the machine back and use it as you would either shampooing or as a vacuum to suck up what little water it dispenses it holds itself in place and I am satisfied with it not being locked. Seems to be a design attribute that this one machine will work to shampoo and clean the carpets.I have found that this machine can be used to lightly dampen the carpet and suck up the moisture and refurbish the carpet back to standing tall like it is new ð. First I use it with concentrated oxiclean large area rug shampoo and then go back over it a week later and then vacuum like every other day to 3 days. It has nice suction and doesn’t leave the carpet wet so much even if you have to go over it a couple times. It gets the water up and the dry only button comes in handy to get extra water out of the carpets. I have a Amazon commercial black round fan that on low blows like the plastic fans from dollar general and Walmart when they’re brand new. The industrial fan dries the carpet 25 feet away from the fan and quickly. I have 5 plastic fans and one black ðââ¬ð¤ metal one. Giving away the plastic fans and only gonna use the metal one from now on. Everything seems to be sturdy and easy to empty and clean. The handle not locking in place is not a hindrance to using the machine as it seems to be well built to stay in place while using it.I would recommend this to anyone elderly who doesn’t want to hold a trigger sprayer the entire time while shampooing your rugs.I have balance issues and can’t stand for longer than a couple minutes before my waist starts hurting because of obesity. I’m 60+ pounds overweight and 60 years young. Gets the stains out but some may need to go over a few times. It was sent UPS and arrived 3 days early and was completely there. No dirt in the tank or dents or nothing like that. Just a big brown box with a new looking high quality shampooer. My cat ð¸ðºð loves the big brown box to lay on. She can’t be threatened by the shampooer while on the box lol. The dirty tank shows the uncleanness of the dirt and such from the supposed to be clean before carpeting.Works better than a rug doctor in my opinion. And it will last awhile and pays for itself after one use. I would recommend either a refurbished or brand new machine from Amazon and the 3rd party seller. I was going to buy one brand new but this one was like $69 cheaper than a new one and didn’t have anything that was wrong with it. Only someone who didn’t try to use it as it is would have problems with this model and brand.Here’s to happy clean rugs.

Great rug shampo!
First off I bought it through second chance . I have say it looked brand new just not in the original box. They had it packed well when it arrived. . Got all the attachments for it. I had to try it right away. They gave me a small bottle of rug shampoo. This shampoo ‘er works fantastic. Easy to use and got the pet stains out of my beige carpet. I fostered puppies and they had some accidents. I had tried to hand clean them prior to getting this machine. They came right out that my carpet looks new. I also cleaned my large carpet that had stains from other fosters that had treats etc. Those stains came out .. it looks new. Those stains were in my carpet for more than a year. I am very pleased with this machine. I have no negative things to say. Buy it you will be happy. Try the second chance items. They refurbished it and I am sure it was returned without the original box. It was brand new and I didn’t have to pay the original price. Just to have it in an original box?.. no Brainer. I am very pleased all the way around. Also very easy to use and the carpet don’t get soaked. It does take a while for them to dry. If you over soak them.

Check all machines when you send them.
Thus machine only worked for me one time and did not come with instructions. I had to go on YouTube and find out what to do. This machine is defective and I didn’t get a chance to review earlier because of some family matters ð ð I’m so frustrated with the amount of money I spent ð« on this mass. ð« please remeburse me or get me one that works. So sad I was really looking forward to using this product.

This is something special
This is a wonderful carpet cleaner it works amazing the instructions will tell you it takes 12 hours to dry it took about 3 but that’s because I turn on the dry only and really go over it afterwards made my carpet smell wonderful I’ve got a 3-year-old dog who I believe is special needs she gets very excited and she will pee on my carpet but with this it’s no problem anymore I just pull it out go over it and it’s done I have owned many a carpet cleaners averaging from $60 to $2,000 this is the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever bought it’s the closest thing to a professional carpet cleaning that money can buy

Worth the money!
This is such an easy cleaner to use. So simple to rinse take apart and put back together. I didn’t even need to use the directions. I read them after I managed to get all together and take it apart. Just to see what they said ð. It worked so well. A puppy dog peed on my carpet and it cleaned the spot so well ,like it never happened! Thank goodness. Then I used it on my stairs and didn’t realize how dirty they were until I saw the water. Bye dirt and dust!

Modern Appliances!
The Forward Wash to the Pullback Dry, is awesome. The double brush is mad and the effort of use as I see on a uneven floor is the only reason, cleaning took a little longer!

You better get you one
Did amazing on my carpet!!! Better than I expected..carpet was dirtier than anticipated great for the price..used it on my carpet and couch..easy to maneuver lil heavy filled with water love the hose attachment works great on couch and stairs..strong suctionHad to take 3 breaks to refill tank n dump dirty water n clear bristles cleaned upstairs, downstairs and couch in a good 2 hoursThe “dry” function may be exaggerated but it was alright..will need to turn on fans maybe crack a window

Works good
It wash, dry and clean carpets.The dry stage doesnt dry well so at the end of the clean process you have to turn on the ceiling fan.
