Wonderful
I can’t say enough how good this was. I bought a house with no carpet at all so I didn’t need it anymore so I gave it to my daughter. It was a few years old at that time. She loves it also. To put things in perspective I have 3 dogs and 4 grandkids. My daughter is the mother of 3 of them. So the carpet cleaner gets used for sure. Any hesitation you have toss it and buy this. Wasn’t paid to review or use. Just honest to Betsy reviewing.

Still works great
Im just scrolling through picking which reviews I wanna do and I gotta say, we’ve had this for a few years and this thing is a damn champ!! Like its still going strong! We have 4 dogs and 4 kids for refrence!

Power button broke within a week
The spring on the power button broke so now have to manually hold it all together whenever I want to use it. Okay for cleaning, gets clogged with dog hair easily. Worth the cheap price if you want a semi clean carpet.

Buyer Beware – (Perhaps Common Problem)
We have 5 pets and this product works great for us. However, this product would have yielded a perfect rating, but the tiny little nozzle (which is part of a plastic piece screwed into the main compartment, attached to the hoses), that gets inserted into the water/solution tank, broke off after 4 uses of the machine. Now the water/solution, doesn’t get dispensed into the hoses/pipes, therefore it prevents the machine from doing its job of releasing the liquid and suctioning it off.As a temporary fix, we super-glued that piece in place and the machine now works. Note: we aren’t removing the water/solution tank from its base, just in case so that this tiny little nozzle doesn’t come off again, until we find a replacement part. We simply add the water from a jug and make sure all the liquids are used up prior to storing away!!!

This thing is worth it!
Letâs just say my dog had an accident that will make you want to cry which I did all over my living room carpet. Once I cleaned up the mess and use the shampooer when I mean, it didnât look like nothing happened. That was exactly the case. I read the review from a gentleman on here that used to do this. He left a long paragraph and if it wasnât for him. I definitely was on the fence about getting it, but this is the best purchase that Iâve seen thus far and I got during a spring break kind of sale that they had going on so it was a killer sale And I ordered another bottle of shampoo cleaner because it gives you a small one. The only thing is that the water does spill out afterwards, but since he already stated that I had a A towel for it to sit on as a matter of fact, it was the crappy towel that I ordered in my lash review that I highly do not recommend so it was good for that purpose. Lol but this is something I do recommend to anybody that has carpeting instead of hiring you a professional come in this does the job and please read the review. Heâs on here. I forgot his name but itâs pretty long and very detailed. He said move slow. I move slow and I boil my water And then add which was really helpful information. Itâs people like him that makes it worth reading, which is why I give reviews back. This is definitely A good machine to have. I know people nowadays everyone is in to hardwood, but Iâm sorry- Iâm still a carpet girl and I donât wear shoes in my home. Of course, with kids and a pet you still want to give it a good clean even if you donât wear shoes, but. Iâll pull it out and it dries pretty quickly. I will say because I have a lot of steps. It was A little heavy to hold up and down the stairs, however this sucker does the trick.

Amazing device
In the past I would rent carpet cleaners from the store for a day or two and could really tell the difference in my carpet afterwards. I own a home now and thought buying this would be a good investment. HOLY COW I am impressed, this Hoover works almost as good as the store rented ones. Have three cats, and this thing tears though pet odor like crazy. this thing is a steal too, just using it 3-4 times and itâs already saving you money vs renting. No brainer, this thing rocks!!!

Excellent carpet cleaner
With a house full of pets and pet visitors often, a good, easy to wield carpet cleaner is essential. This one is it! It does a very good job. I especially like the rinse feature that gets the soap out of the carpet, leaving it pristinely clean for longer. Btw, Iâm 74 and can handle it easily. Will have one in my home always.
