Have used Bissell for years but this Hoover is the best!

Horrible.
The cleaner leaked all over, parts were missing, box and styrofoam contents smashed up and retaped. Utter mess.

Powerful little battery powered spot cleaner for carpets and upholstery
I’m going to compare this Hoover carpet and upholstery cleaner to another similar but smaller device, the Bissell Pet Stain Eraser which I’ve been using for a while and absolutely love it. It’s the size of a Dustbuster and great for cleaning small pet messes. This Hoover ONEPWR device is larger but also more powerful and has some great features like a large dual tank system and short but very useful hose that wraps around the unit when not in use.It’s super easy to use this device, just fill it up with cleaning solution and hot water and use the sprayer wand to spray solution on the stain. There is a built in scrub brush to help remove stains and then the vacuum part sucks it up. It’s very similar to the Pet Stain Eraser except the hose makes it much easier to use on a larger area like cleaning home and car upholstery. This isn’t meant to clean a whole room or larger areas, but it can cover quite a large patch of carpet if needed, although it will take a while. I have used this to clean my car seats and carpet, carpeted stairs in my house, and a couch, and I was “lucky” enough to get to clean up some cat vomit. In all cases, this cleaner worked well and I’m happy with the results. I received a small bottle of pet stain cleaner with this item, and I’m already out of it but you can buy carpet cleaner anywhere and you don’t need to buy the Hoover brand if you don’t want to. It may work better than other brands, I’m not sure. I used some old Rug Doctor cleaner I had left over from a rental a while back and it also works just fine.This isn’t a vacuum cleaner. Yes, it vacuums up water and stains, but it’s not meant to vacuum the way a small portable vacuum would. This is a spot carpet cleaner and it works well. There is a removable battery included which doesn’t make sense until you learn that Hoover makes something like 15 products in the ONEPWR series and they all use the same battery. A charging dock is included and it charges fairly fast and the battery lasts a while. There is an indicator on the unit letting you know when the battery is low. Overall quality of this unit is very nice. It’s fully plastic like most modern vacuums, but it’s high quality and feels good. All the components like the tanks and filters and even the hose are high quality and I expect this to last a long time. It’s nice that the battery can be replaced if it stops working and the brush part is also easily replaceable when it wears out.As for which is better between this and the Pet Stain Eraser? They are very different although similar products. This one is just larger and can cover a bigger area. It has a large dual tank system and is almost overkill for just cleaning up a small pet stain. On the other hand, it works a bit better since it has more suction and for really bad stains, it does a better job. The hose is nice for maneuverability and it’s portable enough to use on your car or in areas where it’s not convenient to plug into an AC outlet. I was debating between 4 and 5 stars but I think I’m going to give this 5 stars because it’s a very well built product, super easy to use and clean, and it seems like it will last a long time. I’ve had nothing but good results from recent Hoover products, and I’m glad they are still a reputable company when it comes to home vacuum products.

Good machine for small spot cleaning!
Performs as advertised and has great portability but a little pricey considering the small battery size.

Don’t waist your time !!
I have a older dog and brought this product because the other machine I purchased was horrible !so i went with the hoover 1st time I used it it worked well 2nd time i figured well this is good easy no leaking like the other machine good deal right ! well 3 time turned it on and water was puring out the front , evey thin in the solution reservoir leaked all over the floor . filled the bottle back up turned it on draind the bottle again through the front of the machine what a POC !!would return but the box got thrown out . So sad

Leaky mess for an otherwise good design
I really wanted to like this spot cleaner.Pros:- Very, very compact: No issues holding the machine for minutes at a time while cleaning with the other hand.- Solid build quality: Everything stays well secured, plastics are well made- Cordless + no mix solution = extremely fast to grab and go- Decent suction on short and medium length carpetCons:- Mine started leaking the clean solution through the bottom machine after 3 uses. It pretty much empties the container in 10 seconds and builds a pool of liquid under the machine.- Hose is pretty short and stiff, makes it a bit hard to maneuver if you leave the machine stationary.- Very short runtime: The included 2.0 Ah battery only gives it about 10-15 of runtime and the solution tank only holds 8oz. This means very small cleaning jobs before having to recharge/replenish.Ended up returning my unit because of the leaking issue but I’ll give it 2 stars since when it worked, it worked great.

Si necesitas limpiar Ã¡reas muy pequeÃ±as esta pequeÃ±a amiga si es para ti. Solo considera el tiempo de uso por carga de baterÃa.Cuento mi experiencia:Producto muy bonito y funcional, te enamoras de la aspiradora porque si funciona. Realmente es para limpiar Ã¡reas de 60×60 cm aproximadamente como maximo por carga. La compre con el 50% de descuento por lo que por ese precio ($1500 pesos), es un SUPER precio. La compre porque no tengo cochera para hacer limpieza o alguna reparaciÃ³n.La baterÃa dura 15 minutos y realmente es muy poco, lo Justo para pequeÃ±as Ã¡reas a limpiar, carga en 2 horas aprox.Quise limpiar los asientos de mi auto y logrÃ© hacerlo parcialmente con tres cargas de baterÃa (solo el asiento, no respaldos) de la banca copiloto 1 carga y banca trasera con 2 cargas pero ya con falta de baterÃa. Realmente si es portÃ¡til y debo ser Justo porque la mÃ¡quina funciona SUPER bien para Ã¡reas pequeÃ±as, su limitante es la bateria que es de 4 amperes. BusquÃ© baterÃas adicionales, encontrÃ© un paquete de dos originales de 8 amperes cada una pero se me hizo muy caro 250 dÃ³lares por dos baterÃas. Termine devolviÃ©ndola, aunque si reconozco que es un gran producto, si hubiera traÃdo una baterÃa que durara el doble me la hubiera quedado. Con la devoluciÃ³n adquirÃ cleanslate de Hoover que es cableada. Doy cinco estrellas porque es una maravilla en lo que hace.

Trabaja 15 minutos por 2 horas de carga, el deposito se vacÃa rapidÃsimo. Limpia muy bien, lastima que son equipos sin garantÃa, no vienen en caja original.
