Dont waste your money
First of all I may have bought a “refurbished” machine so take this with a grain of salt… it was still almost 90 dollars though! So, it is tiny and lightweight. I bought it to clean the seats in my car. First of all it did not come with any cleaning solution like it says so I had to go buy cleaning solution. Then, the first time I turned it on the solution sprayed out of the handle like it should so i soaked my car seat and then the suction part worked fine and sucked up most of the solution I sprayed. I went to move to the next seat when I realized there was a puddle of solution under the vacuum on the floor. It didnt suck the water back into the vacuum it just leaked out everywhere. Then I noticed I was out of solution from a few sprays (this didnt seem right) I refilled the solution bottle thinking maybe I messed soemthing up. The solution bottle seemed fine as I walked to my car when I turned it on the whole bottle of solution just drained right into the machine and out onto the floor… and it wouldn’t spray out of the handle anymore. So I spent 87$ to clean one car seat, make a mess, and feel defeated. I guess I can use it as a portable car vacuum :-/

If it didnt leak it would be fine.
Wanted to like this unit. Had a Bissell Pet Stain Eraser (actually 2) that leaked before trying this one. Having several older rescue dogs, some who have issues, we need something to clean up daily messes until cleaning day.Overall it is light weight, decent battery life, relatively quiet, and enough suction to pick up liquid from low nap carpets. It’s easy to clean the tank which only holds about 8 ounces.Downside is it leaks too! Full solution tank leaks out in a few seconds. Bad hoses or connectors? It’s going back.

Maybe the next revision will be better
Okay, I purchased this little carpet cleaner because of the name brand and the great concept behind a compact unit and battery powered for ease of use. The suction is fine for light to medium cleaning however, the reservoir for the cleaning solution is very small and it is really limited as to how much you can do on a single run. It’s easy enough to refill so not a show stopper. Now the problem, on the third run I noticed that the unit was draining the solution even though I had not pressed the trigger to spray. When I lifted it up, all of the solution had drained out of the bottom and soaked the carpet. I was glad that it was the cleaner and not the waste water. So, a question about the unit in general. Why such a big waste water tank if it goes into filled mode when it’s only a fifth of the way full? In all, I wish it would have worked but not sure of the quality if it already has a problem and is barely used.

Leaks.. EVERYWHERE!
Solution leaked everywhere from the little holes in the bottom in the front. Not sure if it was a defective hose or what. We tried everything to find a fix, but nothing worked. Returned it the same day
