Awesome but be aware of features
This is my second Hoover upright. First one purchased about 5 years ago. First one is reliable and in great running order.This model is for upstairs. I love it. Only caveat is there is no beater brush lever. I knew this going in and itâs fine because my other one has it so I use it for attachments.If this is a sole vacuum cleaner it is not suitable for hard floors. Not suitable for crevices and baseboards etc. itâs for vacuuming carpet – period. It does a killer job. Light weight and much quieter.This review is 100% non-incentivized

The best vacuum we have ever owned. We bought it in 2014. No frills. Simple. Easy maintenance. Picks up a lot of dirt. It is the only certified bagless vacuum.I think many of the negative reviews are operator error.This vacuum is a bagless vacuum with a washable primary filter AND a disposable HEPA filter, located under the dirt chamber. The HEPA filter must be changed periodically or the vacuum will stop working. The HEPA filter has a hard plastic shell and pulls out like a drawer. It fits tightly and can easily be overlooked. Our HEPA filters last around one year.When we first bought this vacuum, we had to empty it a lot and change the HEPA filter frequently because it was picking up a TON of dirt our old vacuum left behind. I mean, we could only vacuum one room and the dirt chamber was full. This is a sign of a GREAT vacuum. Now we don’t have to empty it as much because it has picked up most of the dirt.If the belt wears out or breaks it can easily be changed without the use of any tools. There is a belt window for easy inspection.It’s a great vacuum.

Not as tough as I thought it would be
It has decent suction, rolls nicely, and usnt as loud as our old hoover. But I can tell it won’t last as long as we assumed a commercial vacuum should. The plastic seems cheaper. It rolls nice so if you dont gave to lift it you should mind the weight but it’s heavy if you have to lift it. The hose is too short.

Vacuum only works for 3 months
We have had this machine for 4 months. Just recently, the machine keeps shutting off and the red light flashes. This is advertised as commercial and we only use it to vacuum carpeted office floors. Of course the the return policy expired last month! How timely! I would not recommend this to anyone.

Excellent purchase
Cord length is phenomenal. I can reach the whole house from one plug. Its so easy to use, no complicated parts. The weight is about normal for a vacuum of this size, it moves around just fine. The canister is easy to dump and it still works great after 6 months. Great value for the money, I have a blue heeler dog that sheds like crazy and I can’t recommend this vacuum enough.

We use it in our 5000 sq ft gym. Itâs world better than few other popular brands products we used in the past. It can suck way more stuffs with fewer swipes. Very easy to use and doesnât require much maintenance. Noice level is acceptable too, we use it when members are working out without any annoyance.I am usually too lazy to write review but I canât believe this beast of a machine has such a low rating, very misleading!

Used this once a week in a normal sized family home.14 months (oh look, warranty expired..) in and the brush has worn through the plastic bushings in the frame of the vac.it is now unusable and cannot be repaired without replacing the frame of the vac.Nearly $400 should have been much more sturdy than this.
