I cleaned the first 3 steps only with carpet where my black cat loves to sleep and a big rug where she sleeps too that we have in the kitchen and I did it super fast and the water came out literally black. Now they look like NEW. I am super pleased with this little machine.

This carpet and upholstery cleaner is amazing! I used it on my rugs and couches, and they came out looking brand new. The water was black and it even got all the dog hair up, it has very strong suction. It’s super easy to use and cleaning it out is a breeze. It’s lightweight and portable, so I can easily take it with me throughout the whole house. It’s small and compact, so I can store it away and out of sight. Very impressed by this cleaner in so many ways. Would definitely recommend it.

I love the portability of this carpet cleaner. It’s so much smaller than my upright Bissell, making it the better choice for quick, handheld cleaning. As a pet owner, I like that I can grab the cleaner, fill the tank, and clean up smaller-sized messes in half the time. Plus, it’s less bulky and lighter weight, making it easier to carry around. I weighed it at 9 pounds 15.9 ounces (rounded to 10 pounds). It does get heavier when water is added, but not by much. While there are no wheels on the underside, it’s light enough to carry rather than needing to drag around. Four rubbery feet work well on flat surfaces.It’s not just for pets, but great for cleaning vehicles and furniture, too. I cleaned both my wife’s car and my truck. The car has cloth seats and the truck leather. For the leather, there’s a cloth pad that goes over the multi-functional tool. Putting the cleaner on the steam setting, it flows through the pad allowing for easy wiping of the seats. It does take a few minutes or so before the steam gets going, but it’s not too bad.For the cloth seats, I used the multi-functional tool without the pad. Water comes out of four different spouts and the brushes scrub while you pull the tool. I did notice that you must go slow for the water to keep up. So slow in fact that I found it better to hold the tool up, spay a section, and then go over it. That seemed to be less time-consuming. The steam jet nozzle works well for this, too. To save time cleaning my floor mats, I got them wet with a power washer and then went over with the cleaner.I will say that this cleaner holds less water than a regular upright one does, so if you have a larger project, you will go through several tanks. This is why it’s best for smaller cleanup, but it can be used for both so long as you don’t mind dumping and filling more often.I measured the length of the hose at around 6 feet. The power cable measured at about 12 feet, so is twice the length of the hose. This is pretty good for the size of the unit, allowing you to reach areas without needing to be directly next to an outlet.As far as noise, I found the cleaner to be just as loud as a typical vacuum cleaner. Directly next to the unit my Apple Watch clocked it at 89dB but dropped off to around 70 a few feet away. So not too bad.For storing, it holds the hose, cord, and multi-functional tool. But it doesn’t have a place for the cloth pad or steam jet nozzle. It’s easy to wrap the hose wrong, so be sure to look at the schematic in the user manual to get it right.### Conclusion ###Overall, I find this to be a nice little carpet cleaner. I like the added steam ability, which is missing from my Bissell, but I like even more that it’s easy to use for a quick cleanup. The cleaner seems to be made and constructed well. Good quality parts and tools. It’s easy enough to clean the machine after use. I recommend it for pet owners and those who wish to clean vehicles and furniture but will warn that larger areas will make for frequent refilling and emptying of the tanks.

The package includes the cleaning machine, cleaning solution and measuring cup, a water sucker brush for cleaning carpet, a fabric cleaning cover for furniture, a steam cleaning attachment, and good instructions. The cleaner is ready to go out of the box. Simply attach the hose and attachment you wish to use, fill the water reservoir with water and cleaning solution as per the instructions, plug it in, turn it on and you can start cleaning.I really wanted this for cleaning carpet stains and it was truly amazing. I have a photo of a stain before I cleaned it (it is the photo of just the carpet with stain). This was a stain that I had tried cleaning manually 3 times. I was never able to get rid of it. This was the first stain I attempted to clean with this new cleaner and you can see from my after photo that the stain has completely disappeared (the after photo is the photo of the carpet where you can see part of the hose from the cleaner). Cleaning of this stain was so successful, I proceeded to find any other stains on carpets and continued to clean for an hour. I have since used it at my home and cottage for various spot cleanings of carpets and furniture. I like how the carpet cleaning attachment has a brush so once you apply the cleaning solution from the cleaner, you can scrub the stain and then use the cleaner to suck up the dirty water from the spot. This is much easier and more efficient than scrubbing with a brush and then trying to use a towel or rag to suck up the dirty water.I like how portable this cleaner is. It is so easy to store and it is so easy to take to my cottage any time I have to clean up spots there. I also like how this cleaner can be used to clean with hot or cold water and that it heats the water itself and does so quite quickly.If you are looking for a cleaning machine for cleaning spots from carpets or furniture, I would recommend this cleaner.
