This vacuum is a waste of money. I am constantly looking for a relatively inexpensive cordless vacuum to pick up cat litter that makes its way outside the litter box. The $20 vacuums donât have much suction and stop recharging after 6 months. But at least Iâve only wasted $20. I did hope a more expensive vacuum would last longer. Nope! This vacuum had excellent suction and good power for the first charge. I cleaned out the debris and the filter, then I plugged the vacuum back in for a recharge. The vacuum barely had any charge after 48 hours. I unplugged and re-plugged just to make sure that user error was not the problem. Another 48 hours later, and I confirmed that user error was not the problem. I contacted the seller through the email address included in the box, which I was assured would produce a response within 24 hours, and spelled out my recharging problems. Itâs been a couple of weeks and all the way Iâm hearing is crickets. No message at all from the seller. Naturally, I donât have the original box so returning the defective unit to Amazon is out of the question. My advice to you: 1. Donât waste your money on this product. 2. If you disregard my advice from point 1, save your packaging so you can send the product back to Amazon.
