* update as of 11/12/2023I was able to contact the seller and they responded quickly. Initially, they requested a video of the issue. I politely declined because the issues I was having seemed unsafe to turn on for the sake of a video. They understood and offered a choice of a replacement or refund.. I chose the refund.I’m bumping this up to two stars because of the timely manner of responding to my issue and resolving it.———————————————————————————————————————–* update as of 11/7/2023Shortly after I posted my review, I experienced major issues with this vacuum. It started to make a high pitched screeching noise, had a burning smell and started to smoke. At first I thought something got caught in the motor even though the collection bin is separated by the filter from the motor. Also to note, the issue started end of September/early October.I cleaned the filter and emptied the bin and it seemed ok at first. Then it happen again (mid – end of October). I once again cleaned every thing under the assumption something was getting pass the filter into the motor. At this point, I had been using the vacuum less because I was scared. The third and last time the high pitched noise and burning smell happened was this morning 11/7/2023 and of course it’s after the return/replacement period. I may try contacting the seller if I can locate the contact info to do so. Unfortunately, Amazon removed the contact seller option the used to appear within the purchased orders back in the day.I have to drop this from 5 stars to 1 star because of motor failure in less than 90 days despite care and maintenance of the vacuum. Should I locate the seller’s contact info and hear back from the seller, I’ll update. If not, you’ll know I was unable to.It’s a bummer because I really liked it when it worked properly.———————————————————————————————————————When I purchased this item it was regular priced at $19.99 with a 20% discount coupon ($15.99 after coupon applied). When I say it was well worth it, it’s an understatement.The suction power surprised me. It packs a punch for everyday minor clean up. I’ve used this to vacuum throw pillow, bedding, counters, floors and car interior. I do wish it had a longer battery life but charging is pretty quick considering the device (1 – 2 hours, 3hrs max for full charge).It’s lightweight and slick. It can get into crevices behind the couch, bed, car, etc., more so than larger sized handhelds. It does not lose suction when using the attachments (very important as some do lose suction power with an attachment).I purchased this on August 20th, 2023 and have used it daily with no issues (it’s currently 9/20/23).If you catch it on a sale, discounted coupon, or regular priced ($19.99), it’s a great purchase for the price point.

We bought for car and it worked for 1 month but after that I didnât start back. Charged for 5-6 hours but after that also it didnât start. Very bad product.

L’ho provato sulla moquette dell’auto e mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso per la potenza di aspirazione,la batteria, senza diminuzione di potenza dura per tutta la durata della pulizia auto, circa 20 minuti,ricarica veloce con il suo cavetto, da notare che la spia rossa una volta carica la batteria diventa verde.Soddisfatto

l’appareil livrÃ© ayant un dÃ©faut de fonctionnement, j’ai contactÃ© l’entreprise, dont la diligence et la qualitÃ© de la communication avec leur service aprÃ¨s-vente est d’une irrÃ©prochable courtoisie et d’un professionnalisme remarquable, presque en disproportion par rapport au produit achetÃ©!! Si seulement toutes les entreprises pouvaient s’en inspirer dans leur faÃ§on de traiter les rÃ©clamations des clients!!! L’appareil en soi a un pouvoir aspirant assez efficace pour parfaire l’hygiÃ¨ne de votre voiture, est extrÃªmement lÃ©ger, trÃ¨s pratique, maniable et trÃ¨s peu encombrant! Ã noter toutefois que le temps de charge est un peu long et que la prise usb n’est pas fournie, mais son cable d’alimentation est standard.

Just because
so quick little story my girlfriend had a portable vacuum cleaner in a car that plugged up Long shirt hoping you have vacuum one day I basically got electrocuted and burnt, and it started smoking. I went to Amazon seeing this, and I was like letâs give it a try, no cord no nothing and itâs been the best thing I purchased for her for her car. Itâs amazing. Sheâs in love with it. Everything that drops in the car she has to vacuum. The weight is very lightweight is very functional. The power is strong as far as it charging it charges pretty quick with the charger in the car.
