I used mine 2x but it’s been a year. It’s no longer working although I’ve had it plugged in and charged. Why did it stop working? Red light is flashing now as it’s plugged in. Customer Services..help!

Absolute best handheld vac ever
Have used this for a few months now. Could not be happier. .It has very strong suction, is super light, holds a charge for a long time, and could not be easier to clean. Wish I had one in every room of my home.

I like this vacuum a lot. Great suction, easy to turn on/off. Easy to clean, holds charge much longer than my old one. Donât have stairs so canât comment. Will be using it on my balcony in summer, expect it to do a good job on the outdoor carpet. Great buy, recommend it.

the power button
This cordless vacuum is great ,I liked the power suction is very good , battery is also good, price is great for what you get . the only thing I don’t really like it is the power button location , its on the wrong place I keep pressing the button off by mistake so I gotta to keep my finger off the power button so it won’t shut off thats all everything else works great .I definitely recommend this product to anyone . Thank You

Much better than my previous hand held
My previous hand held vacuum was a Ryobi which had miserable suction power. I’d have to sweep it back and forth repeatedly over light dust before it would pick it all up. This one is way better. A single sweep generally gets all the dust. I use it mainly for picking up crumbs in the kitchen and for dust bunnies under the sofa. (I sweep them out with a brush.) Also it’s quieter and weighs less than the Ryobi. I do not use for car cleaning. That requires serious suction and I use a shop vac for the car. This one is for the light duties I’ve already mentioned.25 December 2022 My wife noticed today that the unit was not charging in the charger. I was about to contact the company when I thought “Maybe there’s a break in the wire from the AC outlet to the vacuum cleaner.” I checked with an AC tester and sure enough there was a break. It was not that difficult to reconnect the wire by stripping back insulation and using heat shrink tubing to cover the bare wire. Now the unit is charging again. The wire is very thin and if it’s folded tightly, liable to break. So check the wire if you ever have a “not charging” problem.

Decent little hand vac
The suction on this is decent right at the beginning but quickly looses that power as soon as you start to vacuum bc most of it sticks to the fan cover before you can get very far. You have to clear that very often in order to keep suction. You donât get anywhere near filling it to max if you want suction while you clean. I was past the return time before I realized this else I would have returned it.

Save your money it’s junk
First they took a week longer to recieve the package then the day they promise to deliver. Then I get it and at first it wouldn’t charge. After I was able to charge it finally I used it once and emptied it twice within that one time use and then it died after 15 minutes of use. When I try to charge it back up it wouldn’t charge nor would it start back up after leaving it on the charger for overnight. It also had very small extension parts compared to what the pictures look like it would have and you can only charge it on a charging stand so you have to have a designated place to fit a stand and the dustbuster whenever it’s not in use to be able to charge it and not just able to charge it anywhere temporarily with a cord like it should be for convenience that’s given it actually works after you’ve used it anyway. I saved up my money for 3 weeks to get this and I was really excited about it because it had a $10 off coupon so I thought I was getting something good quality and I believe it had four stars if I remember correctly so I was really excited about it now I had to buy another one and when I returned it they would not issue my credit till they received it and then when they received it it took them a week longer than that issue my credit to order a new one from somebody else. I highly suggest you don’t buy this item because it’s going to break before you’re able to have it fixed or replaced under the warranty.
