It was exactly what we were looking wanted
The product was exactly what we were looking for and it was delivered fast and the package was sealed. It fit our hair dryer Pefect ! The company followed up on our satisfaction. I would order this again !

Not universal
It was excited to find a universal diffuser. Accept that it was not. I tried several times to Attach it to my hairdryer.And it would not fit. I have a normal everyday hair dryer I bought a few years back that did not come with a diffuser. Needless to say I returned it. Still searching for a universal diffuser.

does NOT fit on many hair dryer
the silicone is too soft and the device does not stay open . I tried it on 2 different brands of hair dryer and it DID NOT fit on both . I returned it , instead I got a new hair dryer that comes with the diffuser .

Didn’t Fit
Took it on vacation stayed at 2 different hotels and a cruise ship it wouldn’t fit on any of their dryers.
