Disappointed
I’m disappointed that I did not receive my order for this product. I ordered two different items at the same time. But they were delivered separately. One order made it to me; the other did not. UPS returned the filters, and the sender issued a refund.I have been using the same vacuum cleaner for 13 years, so I know the filters are a good product and great price. But unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience this time.
